    Good Morning !!!

    yesterday only Jelena showed all the others were gone,i guess a lot of working !! :unknw:

     

    In case you were wondering where the Guru was (and I guess that's the case:)), I was sick with some nasty virus and couldn't even get up from my bed. :( Today I'm fine and could drink and eat but yesterday was a nightmare! ^$%&^#@%$^ viruses! :angry:

    I am glad that you are ok Guru,well nowone listen to me when i am blabbering with my natural medicine,EAT every morning 20 зърно от арония and 10 зърно от арония before you go to sleep,you will feel great,will be more immune on viruses,actually it will solve many problems ,with blood,pressure etc.I am eating it for 1 and a half year and dont remember when was the last time i had any virus!

    you will buy the Aronia from the Green Market,FRESH and i am buying it 1 kilo and place it in the freezer ,so every morning when i wake up ,i will take 40 grains ,20 for me and 20 for my hubby,go to have a shower,make up and while i am finished they will be defrost and just eat them,the first time when you tried them,you might not like their taste ,but now,i just love them! ohh the same you do at night before you go to sleep,but no more then 10 grains ,so no more then 30 for all day!!!
