Naaah, just kidding of course. It is suspected that the anchor of a ship accidentally dragged and snapped one of the the undersea internet cables somewhere around Vietnam, but 1 cable out means the whole of Asia's ISPs are affected! That says so much about underwater protection for those multi-million dollar cables!
