What a robbery at Skrill today. These figures are close my account, for reasons unknown - The company's decision. I had to account € 153 and they removed me on € 0.00. They wrote in the transaction history: "Repair fee € 153.40." The decision is final, say they do not want to send them an email.  :angry:  :angry:  :angry::fool:  :fool:  :fool:

That is absolutely preposterous!!! Repair a Skrill account...is never heard of...much less charging a humongous fee for it too!  :angry:

Hi HelmG - I'm not quite sure I understand what's happened?

The problem is that I changed my address and sent a new ID document, but the camera was a little poor and the document is rejected. Then they blocked my account, without the possibility of re-opening.

I can not believe, and my friend a few days ago had such an experience. In the account he had about 120 €, all were removed. Disaster!  :angry:  :angry:

Are you sure this is not the outcome of some disputed transaction you might have? There is no way Skrill could charge you that much...

I do not know, my friend has transferred this amount to the account from the same computer and IP address. His account is not closed, only mine, in which the money was transferred. Is it possible that this is the reason? He usually does not live in the same city as me, but he was in my house yesterday, and we both logged it in a few seconds.  :(  :(

Ahhh okay it could be you know. I remember when me and my partner first opened a Skrill account they were both blocked due to the same IP we both had to verify our account in order to use them again

Yeah, that could be the reason... Also, a casino might have reported yours or your friend's account for misuse.

Coco or Valdes, there is no way to upload screenshots when using mobile phone through chrome browser. I select view full version and then select more reply options, but then it just shows a reply screen and add reply. No option to browse for screenshot.

I cannot upload photos using my mobile. No option to browse

 

I'm confused! I only have the safari browser on my phone so don't know what you mean. Maybe our mobile site isn't fully compatible with mobile chrome, I can check on Monday for you if you like?

There is no problem attaching screenshot using Chrome on Android device. Just follow these steps: 

 

Open the topic you would like to post to:

 

> Scroll to the bottom and click on Full Version

 

> Again scroll to the bottom and click on More Reply Options

 

> Then again scroll to the bottom and click on Full Version. 

 

Voila. ;)
