Blackjax Posted Thursday at 01:21 PM Posted Thursday at 01:21 PM And the journey begins....is it coming home? I hope England win it this time. Only because of Harry Kane. He is such a nice guy. Quote
marius1978 Posted Thursday at 01:32 PM Posted Thursday at 01:32 PM England v Croatia has been the tournament's best game by far. Such positive approach from both sides ans such a different England side to Southgate's overly cautious one! I, too, am in awe for Harry Kane. What a perfect player he is - and has been for ages. I really wish for him to get the Ballon d'Or in recognition of his surreal capabilities. Blackjax 1 Quote
marius1978 Posted Thursday at 06:58 PM Posted Thursday at 06:58 PM Nice to see Bafana Bafana score a point, it looked real grim in the start but they forced their way back in against an uninspired Czech side and totally deserved their result. The African teams so far has been really impressive collectively. Quote
Blackjax Posted 22 hours ago Posted 22 hours ago US leading by 2 goals against New Zealand. They are definitely making it to Next stage. If US make it to the semi finals Trump will take all the credit. Quote

marius1978 Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago It's nice to see some of the new rules being enforced with no mercy. Time wasting has always been a big issue and an integrated part of any team's game plan but there is little to no room for this with the new rules in effect so we see very little of it now. Also, some Paraguay player became the historical first player to be sent off for covering his mouth while talking to an opposing player. A lot of nasty words have been exchanged from behind the cover of a palm so this new rule will undoubtedly aid in eliminating one of the ugliest sides of a football match from the game.
