I really think you need to get in touch with @cocopop3011's connection at Booming Games as fast as you can.

Normally, when there is a general issue and you have to go via the casino to reach the provider, it can take up to 14 days before anything happens. I doubt all the contestants will be so understanding if the contest finalization prolongs.

Also. The rules do state something like: "If you leave it on autoplay you are still responsible to capture the win"

Just my two cents. Again, best of luck!

I will do my best, but if I cannot get it, then there is nothing I Can do. I know it was my responsibility.

It is what it is. So lets hope and see.

Unfortunately, players are responsible for collecting their screenshots so I can’t help further with this one. I can help when a game log is required, but when it comes to screenshots I can’t. The rule is that all wins must be captured by the player, even during autospin

The rules are you can play until 23:59 GMT, so your screenshot must be dated the 16th December in your timezone. If your timezone is later than GMT, screenshots will only be accepted until 23:59 GMT.  For refernece it is now 19:46 GMT so looks like they’re is a one hour time difference.

It's a good sweat yes, expecting my score to last almost a week is a tough ask given the bet size options for players this time around, even with the provider being booming games and really hard to get big wins. Amazing given we are likely in the mid to high hundreds of thousands of spins between all players.

I was hoping your mention of a big win days ago that was wrong would stop people playing
