I'm guessing the timezone will really matter too, as the win was from the 24th at 9am? Would be a shame if that causes a void..

He also communicated with me via PM.

I tried assisting him with logging into my own Vavada account to navigate through the site to find logs, but they only have a history for transactions.

I advised him to contact their support or live chat to provide with proof of the game log

Nope, the win occurred on the 24th and he posted the win the on the 24th on the forum.

So I doubt the timing will be an issue. My only worry is that what is live chat or support tell him they cannot provide the game log,

Then it will be a matter of how will @cocopop3011 proceed...

He should open the slot on desktop mode. Take a screenshot of top wins. That will show if he played at Vavada or not. @Ultras34 can you do this?

Yeah timezone is not an issue, and we can see casino name. Hopefully he can get live chat to confirm and if not I will make the decision.

@Ultras34 Anyone can post a video on Youtube. The fact that this was posted an hour ago makes it suspicious.

We're asking for a "casino" game log of this particular win from Vavada.

Guy from live chat say video replay is enought to prove its not buyed bonus..didnt give me any game log..writed e mail to tham yesterday but didnt get answer..about video on yt i maked it cause someone say on ss dont seen which casino is..also if need i make another video where show ( Vavada) dont have any game history visable to plaers..

We know its not a  bonus buy. I already verified this for you yesterday.

It was merely just a requirement and non negotiable rule that "All New Members must provide a casino gamelog" - not the game log from the Game History.
