@Jelena_PragmaticPlay If your around we are having issues with game logs not being displayed in specific casinos like Snatch, Gamblezen and an extra random casino called the "Cocopop casino" but don't worry about that one.

Other issues arising from incomplete loading of slots that freeze at a certain point if others are experiencing that too.

The in game logs are not accepted. Need a casino game log. Because even if it was a bonus buy(not that i am saying it is) it will show just the base bet

I am not disputing @Hribii screenshot , but a casino game log is required for all screenshots, not just an in game log.

Please can you show me the difference between these two logs.

Okay, I don’t see any issues with these so far, times don’t really make a big difference unless it’s the first and last day.

I have a screenshot of the win. Game log is pending of course.

Snatch, Gamblezen, Leovegas for some and now add Trino to the notorious wanted list.

2nd screenshot is the win, 3rd is the game log issue while 1st and 4th are during and after the feature.

If you can find it then I don't think u need the pragmatic replay. That casino log would be more than enough.

I'll try to make sense of all this. I looked into Zeus vs Hades slot for the game history it goes all the way to 8:43pm when scrolled to the bottom. It doesn't show anything before that as the hit happened on June 10 at 7:49pm.

1st screenshot: Oh yeah! I bothered @Jelena_PragmaticPlay! B2C rules

2nd, 3rd screenshots: Checked the casino game logs, they have issues! I searched 1035 entries total there were 253 entries left, next screenshot button for "show more" disappears. Refined it to June 10 and only Sweet Bonanza 1000 shows up. Trino needs updates!

4th, 5th, 6th screenshots: Emailed Trino support going back and forth. They stated the obvious for the game history, it felt like it was a new operator every time. They confirmed that the winnings were credited correctly.

7th screenshot: Asked if Trino had a casino rep on LCB. They did not

Update: Trino emailed me in regards to the game log and provided the game ID.
