On a serious note though, I think Guru would like everyone to use the Suggest an Edit feature instead, so I’ll amend the topic title shortly and please do it that way, but of course let me know if they don’t get added.

I've been using my strong connection too...my strong finger clicking on that edit button!

We have been experiencing some issues. I expect the issue will clear itself very soon. I have had the same issue a few weeks ago, however I have reported it anyway. 
In the meantime, you can try a different browser if you have one.

Please can you use the Suggest an Edit feature for now. If this changes in the future I will let you know, but right now game suggestions must be done through this feature.

ok done I done this right?, I went to the big buffalo slot and I put a suggest edit and asked for several slots to be added...

Yes that’s right. I believe there is a delay at the moment so it may take some time.

And that is okay Sharon, we always have patience but my concern is:

1,) Does it take more than a month to add 5 games that was suggested?

2,) I am still waiting for games to be added from Play'n Go, Quickspin etc since end of May?

3.) If games cannot be added why is this not communicated? I am sure there are many suggest edit request(from me) that is probably still open for a month or more, with no feedback or any updates regarding them. At least if they say ABC was added but DEF could not be added then at least a person knows.

Now I suggest a few games, one at a time, write the reviews, only to wait a month with no feedback and all the writing that goes with it.

I am not trying to sound ungrateful I am just trying to understand.

It's okay I understand it is frustrating. 

I spoke to the team the other day to get a better understanding of how it works and right now adding new games is going to be slower than maybe you'd like. There is a back log but they are working on finding a  new  way to add these more efficiently. 

They're going to keep me updated on this so when I know, I promise you will be the first to know too. Sorry about this guys.

still having the issue.....

when I downloaded a free vpn and used it lastnight

I was able to view the ask coin and slot review/casino review pages but only when I am signed out of the ask gamblers site... when I sign in I get the yikes...

if I dont use vpn then I get the yikes page whether signed in of AG or signed out of AG...

but lastnight when I was first testing out the vpn (used a German sever)

I signed in to AG site, was able to still see the slot review pages,,,,, but this method won't work anymore, I didn't submit the reviews at that point cause I thought it would work fine later after I had my sleep.

also issues when using a Canadian vpn server.

on the desktop where I dont use the vpn I get the yikes pages whether I am signed in or not to AG site.

ok this is weird now on the desktop

I do a search for agent jane blonde...

and the results show me this..

this time it lets me view the agent jane blonde review page...

since it is not showing as restricted..

but the other pages the Indiana Jane by RTG is restricted and that if I try to view shows yikes page.

this is some progress.

now when I do steam tower, it also lets me view it.... previously it was restricted.....

question remains why are some of these still showing as restricted....

previously they were all restricted.. just yesterday..... its progress..

bonanza megaways by BTG is also unrestricted now......

something has opened up and now they have play for real next to them.. instead of all restricted....

Checked your IP (sorry, not allowed to mention your country here without your permission  ) and it has been restricted lately for best/most part of the AG website due to some recent regulatory changes referring to online gambling in your country. 

Pls drop me a forum PM if you want more details.

run into a little issue where screenshots are not getting uploaded for slots when there are no other screenshots already on the site from other members. anyone else experienced this?

also noticed that screenshots are missing from slots that once used to have screenshots on them.

 

another thing I noticed:

a slot that used to be on the site The Final Countdown (Big Time Gaming) is now not found at all on the AG site.

same goes for Royal League Neptunes Harem and Pink Elephants 2.

Can you tell me what error you get when you try to upload a screenshot please.

it doesn't show any error just nothing happens when I try to upload for any slots that don't already have screenshots on them from other members, apparently, many older slots have had all their screenshots deleted. Almost one third of slots that I have ran into this issue.

click on the Upload screenshot button, select the file and click on Open Button and then nothing happens.

 

back on May 28, 2021 of this year Fiekie requested Pink Elephants 2 (released May 2020) to be added and you saying it hasn't been added since then. (183 days ago).

Surprised not to find The Final Countdown (released March 2019 )since I had in my spreadsheet as being added (but now nowhere to be found.

and Royal League Neptune's Harem (released July 2021)...  as well, was in my spreadsheet maybe my spreadsheet was wrong on those....

Grrrr....this is such a pain with the screenshots. It's too late to get anyone to look at this now. Will chat with @ValDes Monday as this needs to be fixed asap. 

@Flatzem Right now there is a delay on adding games, I'm not sure when this will be fixed. Once it is I shall let you know.
