I made a post about BetRockit a week or so ago, just giving it a quick mention...little did I know I was going to fall in love with it. It's powered by NetEnt and they offer 150% deposit match. WOW No email or anything from them...I had no contact at all with support, my withdrawal was just processed and paid...my type of casino. Hi, I was just wondering what is the appropriate identification legitimate and honest casinos will ask you to submit in the event of a winnings withdrawal request? I have been asked for a few pieces of ID, which are logical to me; however, I have been asked to submit a copy of BOTH sides of my credit card (in addition to my driver's licence, a utility bill displaying my address, etc.). That mentioned in brackets I do understand, however, BOTH sides of my credit card?? Every minute detail of my credit card (the entire card number, the CVV/CVC, my name, expiry date, issue date, etc.) seems inappropriate & unnecessary, suspicious and very invasive to me. Hi, I was hoping someone at Ask Gamblers could help me understand why withdrawals are sooo slow with some online casinos. I recently requested a $1,500 withdrawal from Win Palace. After a long wait of 7 to 10 business days, they approved $500. They then said I would have to go through the withdrawal process again to withdraw any more of my money. Hi, maybe i'm being a tad anxious but here goes. Beginning of August invested a lot with Winner Casino and won a little more than I had invested, 'BUT' the whole transaction-withdrawal issue was sorted pretty quickly, e-mail from Winner to me confirming withdrawal processed and funds into acoount within 24 hours, prettygood. Did not play again for six weeks, then again invested a lot on Tuesday 17/9/2013, won more than invested. Finally got e-mail 05.52 on Monday morning confirming withdrawal processed and AquaPay as before would be crediting my account with withdrawal. I guess my question is as the funds have not come back to me yet some 30 hours after withdrawal confirmed and processed (so e-mail says) what is an acceptable time-scale before I start asking Winner and their Banking system (AquaPay) where my withdrawal is? . Dear Gamblers, I have some questions and hope this community can help me clear them up. When it comes to gambling I take the recreational seat, it’s a known fact amongst my peers that I have an exceptionally high risk tolerance in all areas of my life but as it pertains to gambling I wouldn't consider it a problem just yet. As a matter of happenstance online casinos made an entry into my life a few weeks ago, when due to circumstances I was stuck in a house during a long weekend with nothing but a computer and an incredibly fast internet connection. As you may have guessed, beginners luck made her graceful presence known. I would judge my educational background in areas related to mathematics at a reasonable level. I just recently made some deposits on slotland only to find that they have a mandatory "match bonus" which basically doubles your deposit. Now right offhand that sounds good, but be advised you have to complete the wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be requested.
