      I love cooking however we do not cook on Sundays - It simply takes to much time preparing food, like half a day is gone from Family time. Although I train a lot - 80% of your body is dependent on the food you eat. So if you dont eat right, training would not get you to your goals. I have 2 days a week cheat day, but other than that - I always eat like Chicken Breast, Fish, with salad or cous cous or something better than rice... I limit my red meat, and other times I eat stuff with protein in between, biltong, nuts etc. I love fruits as well. I think the biggest problem if you really wanna get some muscle or at least gain lean muscle while losing weight is sacrificing alcohol for a short period. As alcohol breaks muscle, 2 beers can ruin an entire week worth of training in the gym etc.

      Agreed guys! I shame - I don't care especially with my friends if I cant be honest with you , then WTF are we doing - My health is very important, same goes for kids and family. I wanna live a long life to be around for my family and to support them. I think the problem with us in Society, as friends we cannot always have that honest conversation with some of our friends without them taking offense ( Sometimes people listen to respond and not to understand). Also people struggle to call each other out - One of the major problems! As friends we should uplift and help each other in different ways. I always say the best way to recognize good friends is to start talking and having discussions about making more money together, if they not interested, they are basically saying they are happy with what they have and their life, with no more further inspiration as well as they are not willing to evolve for the better of it! This is IMHO of course - Just saying...

      Nah, I would never Jump like that for big wins, the jars already are doing that! Just in general man trying to do 50 km on average a week, some weeks less, some more, depending how often i get to the gym - Which I try to attend 3 - 4 times a week, with classes. I guess I dont drive to Gym, I jog aroun 4km to the gym and then train 30 minutes and Jog 4km back home after the sesssion - that is how I mostly collect my 8 - 10 km per day. Besides my activeness is integrated with my loyalty with my medical/insurance firm, so I benefit alot.

      No one partying, catching back up with my training and running after being on vacation I Checked my running stats today and to my surprise this is how it looks running for the past 3 years and remember you can easily deduct a year of no running in between due to covid, so basically achieved 5200km in 2 years... I have done longer runs like 20km and 42km, just that it shows achievements for this year.

      Are you talking about the bonus bonus or Super bonus that cost x1000 - x2000 bonus? San Quentin - I bonus(3 scatters) that slot within 100 spins all the time, 80 pays between 10 - 40x and sometimes 100 - 200x, here and there 400x, biggest from 3 scatter bonus was 980x.       Bonanza is just one of those old school great games (As much as I hate it, I love if at the same time) and I noticed bonuses come in a bit more frequently unlike the 2000 - 2500 spins on average.
