      Hello Do you mind sharing the website or group you joined from and self excluded from? Well they will keep your winnings as soon they realised you self excluded and there is nothing you can do about it. I am sure it is somewhere in their terms in a very fine print. They allow you to register and deposit as per normal and then when you withdraw thats when they will detect it. I hope they give your winnings, but would not keep my hopes up as the chances of you not getting your money is 95% unless the casino will act in Good Faith and pay you out or even return your deposits. Good luck and let us know about the outcome. We have had many and many of these situations and the resolution always goes into the casino favour. The best possible scenario we had was a players deposits was returned.

      Forget about it and move on... Nothing you can do about it. This issue has been running through the forums over and over again, with no resolution favoring the player. One more piece of advise - Never self exclude PERIOD!!! Just stay away.

      Hi Pete Does the bonus apply automatically? Because i could not find a way to claim it myself. Your live chat was offline so i decided just to continue with my deposit.       More to the point, which game did he play? Because even in certain slots with a $10 bet, 12k sometimes cannot be reached. You know you need just $1.80 bet on DOA and wild line on 5th or 6th spin to win that 12K.

      For me, i find that the RTP for online casinos are better than land based casinos. Which means winning happens more regulary and of course, i love gambling out of the comfort of my home. I played at land based, but never really won. Just blew my money, gave me a good time and of course with a drink and to push time. I heard here by us they spray some stuff in side the casino that makes you forget about time lol.
