  21. I can withdraw to Neteller, Skrill or Ecopayz or Bank Transfer, I made a couple of successful withdrawals with them. I am not sure why they may not be able to refund me, as I made the deposit but did not start playing with my funds at all, I first asked them about the bonus, since it was not credited automatically.
