Last Friday, I received three emails from Tombola, Betfair, and PokerStars Casino thanking me for permanently self-excluding my accounts. I never requested a permanent self-exclusion, so I contacted PokerStars and Betfair. They both advised me that the request had originated through Tombola. Today, I contacted Betfair again, and they provided me with the following update: Thank you for waiting Jamie, I can see that the Permanent Self Exclusion on tombola was confirmed to not be linked or still active, although there was a permanent self exclusion placed on your Paddy Power account back in 2013 that was found.This means you are permanently excluded from Flutter brand, this includes Paddy Power, Betfair, Sky Betting and Gaming, Tombola and PokerStars. As these companies have now all merged and are brands that fall under the Flutter UK&I Group, unfortunately, if you are excluded on one brand, you are automatically excluded on all other brands. Everything on the Paddy Power account matches your current account, phone number, address, post code, and the date of birth is 1 year older so this would've meant you was labelled as 18 years old at the time It looks like the Tombola Perm self-exclusion was an error, but they said they found a Paddy Power account from 2013, which, 13 years ago, " I would have been 17.
