Bigger question is how, in todays climate, can a casino get by on the whole invitation thing. I mean, there are casino's going out of business/pulling back despite seemingly have a decent player base, yet these clowns trod on by? Wouldn't mind having an audit of their books.

I get the identification bit but applying 300 quid to every single customer in the UK (which i think is what they've done if the other folk i've heard of are anything to go by), doesn't really seem to meet that.... I'll have a look later when more time.....

Lucky Streaks during Max Cashout Bonuses!
pinnit2015 replied to Fiekie247's topic in Online Slot Discussions
Agree....heard this from others before and don't buy into it. Take my x5 and x10 wagering bonus from Redbet recently - couldn't even clear the wagering on the x5 on bonus funds. Plus, if that was the case I'd be clearing wagering often with each welcome bonus, which i can assure you, I don't. Also, from the casino's perspective, it would make little or no sense to annoy 70% of their revenue stream: high rollers. Unless they get greedy. And by greedy I mean willing to see themselves charged with fraud. You'd need casino/supplier collusion for the bulk of it though there are some casinos (3 Dice i think) who make their own..... Nothing's ever impossible but I'd dare say improbable (and that's being generous :-p) It's the same gamblers fallacy that some people refer to when they say 'since i won I've never won since' Maybe we'll eat the proverbial hat when some reporter spills the beans on the whole racket but until then...;-) Same time, best keep an open mind to how far people in a multi-billion industry will go for a share of the pie.... -
You can send it to the regulator but if anything like the UK they'll just acknowledge it, no more.

UK Licence wise, ADR's wont touch RG but Valdes mentioned a few pages back that they've taken it on? But the casino seem to be saying under the Swedish E Cogra isn't the right way to go (i don't know what they mean) and think they mentioned another EU thingee...

Not really, apart from ask them and they may reset it but obviously they've no obligation to do so. If you were a longstanding customer they're more receptive to things like this as they can see your typical stake etc. Pretty much depends on their mood. Olle seems a decent rep so might want to ping him a PM.

To be fair, that's one of the most blatant ones I've seen ? - by the sounds of that review the casino is a strong advocate of philanthropy, with all the caring they do: surprised they have enough time to run a business. You see it on Trust Pilot/Amazon as well came into criticism recently - as long as punters keep their wits about them they won't (if not caught by the site overseeing them) be fooled.
-
That's easy to answer...you're kicked to the pavement because at that point you are of no monetary benefit to them. Been one a few times (mainly in the earlier years) and once your play dips the attitude changes dramatically - but hi-ho, that's business for you ?

Redbet and Casumo - though Casumos recent approach to SOW leaves a lot to be desired.

Betblocker.org can be used on iphones.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ecogra etc)

Compare the above to two casinos who've never asked me for anything, despite having more depos this year (not as much as last year as my play for the last 4 or so months has fallen) - see how they're all doing different things - MTS sites tend to SOW players at 10k
-
Here's the approach being taken by Slotsmillion - limiting your depo limits, until/if you send in anything else...When i first got this I was a bit 'seriously?' but, in the age whereby casino's are incorrectly holding onto W/D (but allowing deposits) until SOW is done, it's maybe not a bad alternative; sort of a half way house. HOWEVER, what they're basically doing here is taking SOW down to (yet again), another arbitrary amount (in this case 300 quid), which isn't commensurate with the AML (unless they argue it falls outwith the SOW guidance, as it's simple an account limiting function) The plus point is that as a player you know where you stand (unless they do adhoc requests for SOW) and, unlike RIZK's a""e over elbow approach, at least there's an air of transparency about it.

Skrill Loyalty Points and No More GBP/USD/PLN
pinnit2015 replied to cocopop3011's topic in News and Announcements
I personally stopped using web wallets a while ago for 2 reasons: A The fees are a racket and B The rather arbitrary way in which their security checks are done, essentially holding cash to ransom until they conduct whatever it is they do. Coupled with some of the worse customer service I've ever experienced. Oh and C - if they go bust you don't have any protection. Maybe useful if you either wish to keep gambling transactions off your bank a/c (even that's not great as banks will ask why are you forking out cash to Skrill)or if in certain countries, but honestly see little benefit if you're in the UK for example: particularly with Trustly growing. -
To add context: I won at Mr Green - paid in nano seconds I won at Redbet - paid in 2 hours I won at Videoslots - paid in 10 minutes I won at Sky Vegas - paid in nano seconds

Seemingly so - their continued existence appears to be largely based on brainwashing folk into thinking that pending periods of 6 months or more are in line with the rest of their rivals. Oh, and they pay people their winnings - how that's a plus point for a casino I don't know - hey people, they actually pay you! Err....thanks?

If you're UK, regardless of whether they have MGA, the UKGC will tell you that as MR G and RB are operating under different licences, there is no breach (that's what they said to me anyhow) HOWEVER.....their terms (presumably a policy decision) talk about being excluded from the whole MRG group. So the view may be that, whilst there is no UK regulatory requirement to apply the SE over companies in the corporate structure (as different licences), the fact their terms state otherwise, may provide grounds: Terms v Licence conditions. Certainly, if that's their policy (which is enacted voluntarily as far as i can see) they can't have their cake and eat it.

Quite a few - exception being Paddy Power as they didn't really buy into the FOBT model, which had been subsidising some of the reductions of normal betting in the shops. Approximately 1/4 or a tad more of all the shops have/are planning to shut down. Last time i checked most places revenues were approx. 40% of the shops revenue. William Hill plan on ditching 700 of theirs coming up. Coral etc have had a few but some of that may be a result of the merger with ladbrokes. Horrible machines - why would you want to spin 100 quid to win a max of 500, or whatever it is - get onto DOA2 online and win 9k with 9p

Yeah, does sound like a member of their marketing team got bored during their lunch break.

10 days for Bitcoin at an exclusive, invitation only, casino? Not something I'd be shouting about.
-
Is it not that they are the new and improved (haha, no) HTML5 versions eg. I used to play WT on one line under flash, but notice that you have to play the full lines now.
-
Checking their terms is normally a good start ? - 3.5.5: ID/Utility Bill etc
-
UK wise, the prizes (cash or physical) or exempt from tax (think the US is different). But you need to watch if you then start to sell items on Ebay etc as it could be construed as taxable income (possibly capital gains tax implications as well), but generally you're fine.

Redeeming a Free Spin Bonus with a Pending Withdraw

Another term I'd like to see pitched before a court. It's a FU term - you'd probably have it struck legally for being wholly disproportionate to the offence. -
General warning for Trada Casino and TradaGames inc
pinnit2015 replied to jwholland's topic in Casinos General
Probably a question for the OP - when you signed up with them, did the 'lack of licence' (which is impossible to have until the new legislation comes into effect), not bother you? Seem to be taking quite a moral standing with this, yet you didn't have a problem when you clicked the register button.
