Funny thing happened last week when i withdrew from Trada on a Thursday night via debit card. It would normally go in my account on the Saturday. Didn't see it and was like 'Oh, better create a thread that has complaint in it and harp on incessantly', but then noticed that it actually went into my bank on the Thursday instantly upon approval. Spoke to Conor who's said it's the bank's processing improving (i bank with RBS for these ones) - But I'm pretty sure that wasn't the case for another casino that i used by debit card for....I'll check another site in the next coming days just to see. Anyone else getting instance debit card withdrawals with the RBS Group across other casinos? - i know Sky vegas started with Barclays so not sure if it's being rolled out across the other banks. So, maybe not praise for Trada but for the banks/processors, but I'm sure Conor will fire me a £50 quid NDP once he reads this.

Don’t know, but it served Madonna well

No harm in naming the casino's, might enable someone to comment on previous experience... Seems to be two pronged - Self Exclusion across the same licence and RG complaint. I think, depending on the details, you're more likely to have 'success' (and i use that term lightly), with the former and not the latter (which can be more grey than black or white) - though, the two are linked. To help: can you add some dates to the above? I'm a bit lost in trying to piece together a timeline: dates signed up to both, date SE with the first one, dates of convo with chat support etc. Make it a bit easier to finish the jigsaw. Eg, what were the deposits on both (pre and post self exclusion)

? Need to bring apple music to stream the music though - thinking Dire Straits would be quite apt; Money For Nothing?

Mr Green Suspends Me After I Deposit £15,000

I don’t want to jeopardise your complaint by posting on here but curious as to; The tone of their replies appears to suggest that the accounts closed, full stop. Is there ANY scope to reopen because I thought it was just closed pending SOW? Ergo, one magical document could reopen it? Because the tone suggests that they’ve decided to terminate the business relationship, but how can you do that and keep the open bets in play? Even if the OPs documents caused them concern or they’d doubts to his sources (AML), they wouldn’t be saying ‘if you win, we will pay you’ ? No need to reply OP, just thinking off the top of my head -
In the above, the cases have found in favour of complainants generally, even with the company insisting ‘but we asked about the their income, their debts etc’:Ombudsman has been of the view ‘yeah, but you didn’t verify it....’ oh dear, given someone in UKGC towers an idea.

Wonder if the issue (which you may not have in Europe, compared to the U.K.) regarding payday loans is comparable. Short Story incase not: massive upsurge in these high interest rate loans being subject to people making complaints that the company shouldn’t have lent to them, resulting in many claiming back thousands in terms of interest charged) The Financial Conduct Authority publishes guidance in terms of what they would deem to be irresponsible lending EG, 2 loans rolled over in consecutive periods, the loan being a certain percentage of your income etc. Took the rather subjective feel away from what was irresponsible and what was not. Wonder if there’s scope to apply a similar set of objective barometers to RG. Problem with that would be that it would entail looking at credit reports etc...

Rumours that they’re a Knight on a White Horse, sent by Merlin (or the UKGC), to rid the world of the scourge of all gambling injustices, are unconfirmed. More likely is that repeat button got stuck.

Suppose you can raise a complaint (only via one medium though ?) in the first instance. You could do a SAR for the transcripts but they'll probably not supply until day 29/30.... Quite confused with this one....had they not explicitly stated in their terms about being excluded cross the entire MRG, then I'd say no case as SE is based on licences and they're separate. But, like above, the terms talk about the entire group - similar to Leo Vegas acquiring Royal Panda - they applied it across the new bodies they acquired, even though separate licences based on a policy decision. Another issue is that with casino's consolidating and bringing different businesses onto their books, it can be (esp for newbies), difficult to determine who's in that group unless you click through a few pages/look at the UKGC's licences. Made harder when looking at who the parent company is in a group - for example, is it that clear that Will Hill and MRG are intertwined? I'm not so sure unless you look at the Guardian's business news to read about the takeover etc. Possibly in the terms and conditions which may satisfy it but...meh. Could have a link at the bottom to say 'all associated casino's are listed HERE' or whatever. I can see, genuinely, how folk can get caught out.

For future reference, if you want all the chat transcripts/details of convo's, ask via a Subject Access Request and they're obliged to send everything they have within 30days. Used to cost 10 euro's or something but now it's free.

There's folk who hang round corners with the sole intention of taking your money ? Fiekie does it but he's just selling jars of jam. -

Folk can stop the flow of money out of their pockets quite easily though. Quantitive easement? Nah, just stop playing BTG's. -
MGA ?

Directed to Valdes...I'm sure he'll ask me to add a few comma's, full stops or punctuation marks if he can't get the general gist of it ;-) Basically; is dealing with a RG complaint, harder/trickier, than a 'i was not paid', one. Because RG is looking at a specific licence condition, whereas the rest are maybe dealing with terms and conditions breaches...

Mr Green Suspends Me After I Deposit £15,000

It's very odd.... They're normally a pretty good operator, apart from the 7 day KYC i had with them - was painful. -
For my own interest, and because too lazy today after 3 omelettes to even move my fingers, do you find it difficult to: - Rule on these RG type issues, especially when things come down to 'customer interaction' which can be very tricky i presume to gauge as to it's adequacy... and -Find casinos are less willing to work with yourselves than say if it was a run of the mill payment dispute?

General warning for Trada Casino and TradaGames inc
pinnit2015 replied to jwholland's topic in Casinos General
I'm not naive in the slightest, you on the other hand appear to be walking around with your fingers in your ears. Do you even listen? TP replied to you, quite reasonably and you continued to santer on and on in another forum. The fact that they were deemed to be of good standing in being appointed an ADR by the UKGC says it all. So, excuse me, while i don't hold any weight to your 'observations' The company structure IS NOT questionable (and i work in that area) - if it was they wouldn't have been appointed. This is going round in circles - whatever ur beef is, take it up with the authorities and get off your soap box. You were banned from another forum for, basically, being a tosser and i hope the same happens here. -

Anyhow, I'm out of this one - Won't be giving this guy a further platform to lead whatever agenda he has in his mind (after his little 'crusade' against a respected service in The Pogg) And it's not 'baffling' - Trada, upon confirmation that you've taken this elsewhere, are not going to plaster on a forum their response. I'm not commenting on the validity of the claims (Grey Zone) but there's ways and means to go about things and you appear to be stuck on 'repeat' If you want to wage your moral crusading against casino's/sites I've a list as long as my arm that I'd be happy to assist you with. Sadly, for you, TP and Trada aren't two of them. -
Can I Win More By Depositing More?
pinnit2015 replied to Monica Prather's topic in Online Slot Discussions
Pretty nondescript response with 'it depends' IMO. Bigger bankrolls give you a greater 'window' to hit the RNG at the right time, balance against the fact you can hit it with a tenner deposit...I'm sure someone from a statistical background can add more weight in terms of numbers to this. If you hit a game in the middle of a purple batch, it doesn't matter if you deposited 10 or 100 (well, maybe in terms of the fact that your stake may be higher with the 100) - similarly, if you depo 500 etc and the games dead, you lose the 500 (as AFI's said), not the 10. Basically, stick what you can afford in, hope for the best, if you bust out walk away, if it plays well pick a value to cash out and consider maybe upping a stake to that cash out amount, should you feel that well inclined. Slots are a simple game that are only made complicated by the likes of BTG with their optimal strategy nonsense ? -
Valdes will know more, but i think you can submit here the first instance and then to MGA, so nothing stopping you from doing here the first instance. If MGA say 'no' I can't see much point in then going to a complaints service as they're the highest authority.

They’ve told you they won’t talk here and to take concerns via the legal route, which you say you have. why are you still prattling on?
