  1. Maybe they don't like the name Paul as I got an email today from the Group saying the reason I wasn't getting any of my VIP offers was that i was kicked out of the club.... Not that I have an axe to grind ?
  2. I'd be definitely lodging a complaint on that one on the grounds they aren't even following their own terms
  3. Their own terms and conditions state: We may restrict your access to Mr Green, suspend or terminate your account, withdraw your offers for bets, void any bets outstanding to your account, cancel any unmatched bets or cancel and void any outstanding or matched bets in our absolute discretion if: you do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide the services; Reading that to me seems like, if you don't supply x,y,x (which is kinda what has happened as it's not what they need seemingly), they should void the bets (meaning you get back the 15k) Ask them why they're not being voided.
  4. Ah, I thought it meant you’d 15k just sitting in the balance... Anyhow... that’s ridiculous. Deemed not good enough to have access to your account but fine to still take the money? Have they said exactly what documents they want?
  5. I’m easy with 20% of zero or 50 spins valued at zero. Pretty even.
  6. That’s assuming 100% RTP tho ?
  7. I’d probably go to MGA; after all that’s what they said. Valdes knows better in terms of how much they can assist here with RG complaints as it can very subjective. You need to kick it to MGA and forget about it for a bit; not being the harbinger of doom but be prepared not to receive anything IMO, given the nature of such complaints. Having said that, I’m not au fair in terms of how MGA operate in respect of RG issues and if there is any financial recompense, even if they find they did breach licence conditions.
  8. For the difference, 7.50, I do a sexy bonus inducing dance around the machines, sort of like a rain one, but it brings the scatters in.
  9. FYI iv not had ma spins what spins? dunno, just heard the word spins and thought I’d try and steal some
  10. Are we still circling?
  11. Thanks for the reply Hiliary. Do you envisage, or how do you see, the scheme linking in with the UKGC’s conditions on RG? In other words, given the work involved in achieving accreditation (procedures, visits) is it possible that it could be a source of assurance to the regulators over how a casino has met their RG commitments? We know the UKGC don’t deal with RG complaints on case by case basis but obviously you’ll be aware that these issues are gathering momentum and, quite frankly, something needs to be changed ? PS: as an auditor by trade, and a member of the institute of risk management, I’m happy to offer my services on a pro bono basis to carry any Ad hoc work out and put casinos through the ringer ?
  12. Not via the post but my Spam folder has some dubious looking ones in it... Only snail mail I get is from the Broadway Bingo Groups... depo 10 to get 150 spins in Agent Jane returns etc Even Videoslots stopped sending stuff...
  13. On the topic of Red's, very few beat the delectable Ms Hendricks. If she comes a knocking one day, Mrs P can hit the road a rocking
  14. They're quite a schizophrenic provider - or, maybe viewed as offering a range of HV/MV/LV alternatives. I dunno. Their games are very samey in their look and feel but it's the same for BTG who are rehashing their games (and gimmicky with the branding of Millionaire etc), PNG etc. Won't even mention MG as they're not even producing their own games nowadays. As for whether they're truly HV....I'm not convinced; think they're high MV at best in many cases
  15. The biggest crime IMO of FOBT is the sheer lack of value for money they offered - once they were in the GC's sight it was only a matter of time before attention was turned online - now the same people, who rejoiced at the capping of stakes, are now complaining about the nanny states in the possible limiting of future stakes online (bonus buys are already being pulled)- don't know if they're hypocritical at worst, naive at best. No doubt there are nuances but still. Having said that, if you could win on them, they were great for money laundering - shovel the money in, take a hit with RTP being 90-94%, and exchange for a cash voucher.
  16. *Locks door* If you can't gamble from the warmth and comfort of your own toilet seat, what's the point?' So the saying goes. *Flushes*
  17. I'd be surprised if Liam understands what he's saying
  18. Plus, if they did decide to not send the cash back then the solution's simple; report them? There is no valid reason, for an operator of their size, to take that amount of time to do this - people have had affordability checks, mortgage acceptances and credit checks for 20 times that done in 1/3 of the time!
  19. Extract from the UKGC, if it can't be completed operator must proceed in line with regulation 31(1)(c) and terminate the existing business relationship with the customer • if funds are to be repaid, then the amount repaid should consist of all funds owed to the customer at the point that the threshold was reached, plus all deposits made at that point and thereafter So, you could refuse to supply anything and see the depo's returned - they can't just decided 'Oh, we're keeping this' Sure it won't come to that mind you.
  20. They're notoriously bad for doing basic KYC, but 3 weeks takes the mick. I don't think they're trying to scam you, just some very poor internal processes. I think it's ridiculous that they're still doing this at the deposit stage - you should raise a complaint and take it from there. They can't hold your cash to ransom whilst they ***** around with SOW. Unlike Casumo (who continue to allow you to deposit despite o/s SOW), at least they're blocking you from more deposits. You'll get the money, just a case of when.
  21. Yeah...I have my own views on a lot of this. One of which is ‘The UKGC has banned bonus buys as being irresponsible, yet still allows games to spin at 100 quid normal stakes and above’ - discuss. I’m a bit dubious of these types of accreditation’s because I’m unclear as to the benefits but iv yet to read a lot about it so bit unfair to cast judgement at this point. For example, 32Red signed up to a few things, had banners displaying their commitment to RG etc but, given their shocking processes (last time I looked), it find these things a tad sceptical, in the main.
  22. Don't know about everyone else but it's hard to find a stand out one....some of my favourites are showing signs of waning (still v good places mind you). Been some serious culling over the last 6 months again and now it's down to 3: Redbet/Casumo/Novibet in the main. 2019 saw bye bye to Videoslots, Vera John (not my choice), Slotmillion (apart from the odd one), and many others that'll just sit dormant.
  23. Trustly's excellent - faster and cheaper AND in the one occasion i did have an issue, they responded and actioned it within 24 hours. Quite a good ticketing system for raising disputes/issues which is handy, should you need it. Paypal was worse than Skrill for me - i'd 2k or so held for 28 plus days, for absolutely no reason that i could discern.
  24. You catch them on a decent mood on quids or above and they can turn a modest bankroll into a decent withdrawal as they have quite a lot of wins in the 250-500x range. Problem i find with them is that the big wins come on the lower bets (not dissing 20p stakes) - had a few on decent ish bets like the 5 scatters in Madame Destiny. Personal fav is the dog house/Madame destiny. Out of all the providers out there i genuinely find they do not like big bets. 40p bankroll boosting is my personal opinion of them.
