  1. I’m still not clear why they closed the account, even if it is closed permanently and can it be reopened if not Odd case.
  2. Hopefully old ones... or else we have Superflip Gate 2 on our hands
  3. You would need to instigate court proceedings which would be a costly exercise. And w/o guarantees of winning. If it was for a breach of a term (eg. you bet 5 quid, their max bet was 4.99 based on loose wording, terms weren't that clear, I'd say go for it for that amount of money) Wait until MGA comes back Plus, if you think this short wait thus far is long, prepare for longer with a lawyer/legal action. Wouldn't give them a penny at this juncture. I fear you're pinning all your hopes on MGA coming back and say give him a quarter of a million and, to be honest mate, I don't really fancy your chances. Sorry to say. Be patient. All you can do.
  4. Said before, you need to find out what happened as in why SV kept your account open. If your details were the same and they got a negative response back from GS then they’ve done nothing wrong. If the issue is with GS though you’ll find them play the terms and condition card of the fact you broke them by logging in (weird) To be honest I’d just walk away and sort the addiction out rather than go down that route. SV are a good casino IMO but they’re quite entrenched in terms of how they deal with complaints. Bear in mind that the UKGC hasn’t yet made GS a licence condition (though weirdly it appears in the LCCP), it’s not been mandated
  5. This threads taken a dark turn.
  6. There are private massages on here now *hunts for the room with the neon sign*
  7. Anyone seen Elly about? She left her award on the Bus.
  8. The problem here is i don't think you've got the demon out of your head. Once MGA is resolved you need to cut it out like a cancer - that means forums, staring at the 100e Superflip spins etc. Only then can you really look to moving forward to a gambling free life. The best thing that can happen for you is for MGA to come back very soon - the longer it lingers, the worse for you. At least then you'll know where you are. But lets be frank here, even if they did refund it, are you really not going to gamble again? I get the impression if they put it in your bank today then it'd be straight on the 100e spins - hopefully, I'm wrong.
  9. I tend to keep all my gambling transactions on one card (to keep them off my main bank a/c: surprised it's not been closed tbh). I imagine it may see some people not bother with Trustly if it's rolled out across the board, as the speed is the main selling point. The benefit that Trustly still has over it is the reduced threat of someone misusing/misappropriating your card details.
  10. Ah, looks the the day of the 3 days until w/d's hit your account are now on the wane. These are the following casino's that now process to your VISA DEBIT card straight away - like a faster payment, the money's in your account within seconds, even if back to card Sky Vegas Barclays Mr Green/Redbet Can't say about Barclays but RBS group definitely Trada RBS Group Calzone Casino RBS Not all casinos are offering this - there must be something on the payment processors side that has to have something (very technical), enabled. For eg, Calzone cleared in my bank within seconds of approval, but Rizk (part of the same group), did the 2 days. But looks like it's being rolled out/offered across different card providers.
  11. Where transparency wouldn't exist would be if the complaints service had no mention of it being funded by a group of casinos. The fact there are affiliate links on, funnily enough, an AFFILIATE site, pretty much tells it all. You constantly prattle on about TP but they basically passed this, according to the UKGC; ADR officials must not be remunerated in a way that is linked to the outcome of the dispute resolution process So, reading into that, they satisfied the UKGC, but not you? Come on, get a grip man. You are on a crusade, for reasons known only to you (sore loser, gambling issues, generally hates affiliates, i dunno) I'll bid you the best because your stay will be short here. You'll probably say we're all part of the conspiracy, so be it. I'll pick up my Spinia cheque regardless. Adios Amigo.
  12. Eh? You don’t need to know that Catena are the parent company. The fact that they are an affiliate site and offer complaints site is transparent. How on earth can it not be?! If TP weren’t above board they wouldn’t have been approved by the UKGC to be an approved ADR. Same for another site. Jesus.
  13. Elly gets mentions in some reviews as well Must be quite the thing.
  14. Every business has a potential conflict of interest - it why procedures are built to minimise it. When i worked for a large accountancy firm we offered consultancy services to clients we audited. In situations where we couldn't reduce that risk to a reasonable level or build enough safeguards, we refused either the audit or the consultancy service. In others where we could, we accepted and built safeguards into our work. Was there still a POTENTIAL for this? Of course. Just because there is potential, doesn't mean that there is. Affiliate sites that offer complaints services do have the potential. I'm not going to comment how AG, or others, manage that as I'm not privy to that information. Don't know why you're asking of Valdes works for Catena....it's perfectly transparent, from news reports, that Catena bought AG a number of years ago.
  15. 1. Are you Elly? 2. If not, do you know Elly? 3. How is Elly? 4. What’s it like to work for Playamo? What an odd post. no offence
  16. They’re be better off changing their management team. Rubbish outfit
  17. Obvs Monte isn’t MG but highlights another ***** conversion
  18. I thought Viper was going when flash went? Or are we gonna get Viper HTML5? Honestly I don’t know how anyone can play the MGs now; I was playing Immortal yesterday and upped my bets just to get rid of the balance. And as for Montezuma....oh dear
  19. I play table games but only in land based casinos. I tend to go to these twice a month? I love land based tbh but the gambling is kinda secondary; food, beer etc is what I’m mainly there for. Online I used to be a big fan of video poker at 32 Red
  20. Cheers Conor; despite my reservations I genuinely wish you the best with the move and hope it all works out
  21. Rumours are their servers are powered by a hamster on a wheel. When they crash it means the hamster has popped its clogs
  22. Well, one comment. One size doesn’t fit all when it comes to review sites. Every place has different criterion; for some, the actions of affiliates may see blacklisted. Others may take the view that their attitude to fairness and clear terms are more important than that, and hence recommend them. Comparing these is like apples and oranges unless you’re going to identify the reason for the blacklisting. There are certain things however that I think should see any review site worth their salt, see blacklisted (or whatever you want to call it). Personally, any casino using pirated software for example, should be IMO. I don’t look at a score and say I’ll play there based on a number. I look at the providers offered on the site, player comments, complaints etc.
  23. If Posh ever decide to operate in the UK i can envisage their withdrawal methods including putting your cheque in a glass bottle and throwing it in the sea.
  24. You've probably heard before but the biggest ones would probably be: - Withdrawals: will you be moving to the 24-48hr pending periods? - RTP: AG casinos typically have the lower settings, will Book of Dead etc be now sitting on the lower? - Bonus terms -a lot of slots hit the 50% contribution under AG's casinos, will this be the same? - Customer support: i think it's now gone out to AG, no in-house any more (you guys had the best CS for me by a long distance) - Marketing - please don't let them do that....will you still be able to determine your own promo's etc? Eg Thursday Treat's etc. I think folk, having played at Trada, will be curious to see if Trada will now simply become a clone of the other AG sites or whether, ideally, it's a case of piggy backing upon a more efficient platform. One more - presumably KYC migrates as well? One casino did my head in as when they moved they asked for my passport again etc - i'm still adamant they lost the data in the transition.
