      FIFA say no to showing ‘hot women’ in the stands. Well seeing it’s not a Sweden Columbia final as there would be no cameras on the pitch. And That wouldn’t bother me. Even funnier FIFA have an ‘equality’ spokesman. Obviously went for that position rather than a fraud officer.

      In terms of your other question - yeah, you can charge back your deposits via your bank. You can, or moreover your bank, will decide if you've been mis-sold/didn't receive a service. Were they denying you a withdrawal I'd be inclined to say yes do it but for a few spins etc, maybe not. Personally I'd chalk it up to experience and do a bit of casino research before you next play and let it pass. There are plenty of top notch casinos for UK players (trada/videoslots/slotsmillion etc etc) so no excuse for going to a two bit one

      The UKGC won’t do anything - they seemingly don’t care. Or can’t be bothered. Even if they did, it’s doubtful they’d have have power to do so anyway. Only possibility is if they’d assets in the UK or operated from here, there may be some recourse for you (if the amount was high) What casino was it?

      100 pounds on the fact that, should you need KYC before deposits, the process will be a lot smoother. Places that take 5 days prior to a withdrawal will all of a sudden be processing in minutes. How weird :-) KYC is, as mentioned before, far easier now with all the electronic data points people have. So stop with the photos and start using the information out there. Having said that - it’s in casinos licence terms that 72hrs to verify accounts but that’s very rarely enforced... Agree with selfie comments - some casinos rip the a@@@out of it. There’s is guidance on what to accept but every casino takes it to the nth degree. Im pretty sure the word selfie has never been in and ts and cs... I’d find that weird if it was ;-)

      Not really a dealbreaker for me, mainly cos they are as useful as a chocolate fire guard half the time. As long as they’ve prompt email I don’t mind - having said that when my deposit messed up at Red Queen it annoyed me that I’d have to wait until 9am the next day for any response. I accept that some small casinos or new starts may need to ration their support or start off slowly but they ought to have some chat support available - gambling is 247, not a 9 to 5 B and M stored

      Learn something new everyday - the older one, one I was used to is Novo. Was one of the first handful of 1000x I ever had Knowing How Novos play now I can’t believe I used to play that at 2quid minimum. Probably why it skinned me. Eek

      I do like to keep abreast of regulatory stuff (sad like that). So I'll post anything of interest on here. Not sure of the status of the consultation but this here is the main heading for the current UKGC review into their licensing: First bullet point absolutely, no issue. The one that interests me the most is the third. Unfair terms. We see all the time 'they were the terms, you should have abided by them'. But some of the terms of licensed operators verge, or even fall over, into being unfair. Quite frankly it's a bit stupid that the UKGC doesn't monitor changes to terms, or if they do they don't do a great job. I sent two instances of terms of licensed casinos that i thought, in a court of law, would be deemed to be unfair and therefore unenforceable. The response? You're just an individual basically, go away. They have been so lax on this area to the point where I don't even know why they need to consult on it. No mention of looking at the payment issues - personally I'd fine casino's for unjustly delaying payments to people who have made valid wins at their establishment. A few heft fines will sort out some of the trouble makers. If that doesn't work, take their licence off them. Oh but, they're not an ombudsman...ah that's ok then The Commission announced that it would consult on the following amendments to the Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice (“LCCP“): Age verification – whether to introduce a new LCCP requirement for age verification on all consumers before they deposit money and also before they play free games; Customer identification – whether to introduce (a) a new LCCP requirement for customer due diligence; and ( mandatory account limits until operators had verified the identity of their customers; Unfair terms advice – a consultation is already underway regarding amendments to the LCCP amid concerns about widespread instances of unfair terms and practices in terms and conditions. The Commission will continue to work to raise standards in this area; and Customer interaction – the effectiveness of the existing customer services interaction controls, in particular how these could be modified to help identify those at risk of gambling related harm.

      This game slipped under my radar (mainly cos as you said exclusive to CE) I'm trying to think what games I've had 1000x on in Netent in the years. I THINK (think being optimum word) : -DOA (many times - Valdes gazes longingly into the nightstars ) -Jungle Spirit -Wild Rockets -Secret of the Stones -Koi Princess - which IMO is a really underrated game - you get the multiplier round the board and then one of the features near the end a 1000x plus is doable) Now that i write it down, it doesn't look that bad

      That’s the thing - I’ll accept guff bonus’s on DOA etc due to the fact that when it pays, it pays. Most people would probably feel like that. Same as playing Queen of Riches - the chances are you’re winning nothing but it’s had 20000x multipliers on it. So you should play it for 20 quid the odd time knowing that you’re busting. Raises question of why play such high volatility games when you’d maybe be better off playing a Jackpot game. I’d still take a Netent session over Yggdrasil though ;-)
