Yes, i submitted a complaint with screenshots of both spins. There should be no problem for WMS to find these spins in their logs and tell the casino the outcome of the spins... It might be that their casino is not MAC or OS X compatible. But i have never seen this happen before two time in a row. It seams its the game itself tough, because Raging Rhino(also WMS) worked fine(had several bonus rounds) I feel cheated. And yes, if they cannot figure out what these spins should have paid i feel like i should get some sort of compensation. An average 3 chest bonus round on Bruce lee almost ALWAYS triggers "big win" and that starts at 25x stake. I would say an average bonus round like that pays around 25-100x stake. So basicly i most likley lost somewhere between 50-200 euros in winnings, who know maybe even more.

Opned the game today and my balance was resett to the amount before the freespin triggered.... The bonus round was gone.. This seams to be an issue with WMS tough As i said it happened to me at unibet aswell. But they fixed it relatively quick. I bet my bonus will expire before bwin fixes it lol

Yes, their system locks the balance to the games u play. So my whole balance is unavalible until they fix this. Saw a thread on another forum where another player had the same issue. Game round wouldent complete and balance was stuck, took them several weeks to fix it.... Talked to them again and they just keep on saying its been forwarded but they cannot give me a timeframe. I have tried 3 different browser so the problem seams to be on their or the game providers end(WMS)

I heard they have altered their buisness modell from renting out the games, to getting royalties from the money the games generate. This game is really,really bad. Sure the max possible win is 36000 x stake, but im guessing hitting that is less likley than winning the lottery. Yes, thrills, superlenny and kaboo has been extremley poor to me. Never stood a chance... Ok... Now its enough. I have submitted a complaint against them. They told me yesterday they approved my WD. But the withdrawal of my deposit came to my bank account the day after. I checked my bank this morning..No money.. So i check my casino account statment it says prossesing...So the winnings have not been sent by them. I ask them what this means. They now tell me that it has to be approved by their risk department and they dont work weekends... Nr 1: its friday morning regular buisness hours. The limit should have blocked the deposit if it was over the limit. Not deduct it from my bank account and then tell me to wait untill they can add it to my account. Or in this case let me withdraw it but not play. And then they told me to redeposit 1000 NOK or less and i didd, but apparantly their system counted the first deposit that they sent back to me...
