Keep the money, they cannot do anything at all even if they wanted to. They have to take you to court and prove beyond all doubt that you KNEW that this money was not yours to keep. And courts cost money and i doubt they will do that fore a mere 10K. Also the fact that you tried to give back the money to them but have not been able to would prove that you atleast made an effort. Maybe they havent even noticed. I had a simular situation happen to me but for a less amount of 1700NOK(170 euros) I ordered something online trough a huge scandinavian online vendor. I got an electronical invoice by mail from a third party to pay the goods, this arrived prior to me getting the package. So when i recieved the package i had already paid fore it. But they sent me something totally different from what i ordered and there was another invoice fore the goods in the package.. After allot of back and forth sending it in return and reaciving the good i originally shoud have gotten they managed to send me yet another invoice of 170 euros. I was told to contact the third party billing company to delete these two invoices. After they completley messed up they deleted ALL the invoices even the one i had paid and was supposed to pay. I tried telling them 3 times you are not supposed to refund these 170 euros, because i am supposed to pay them fore the goods i recived. They still insisted that the vendor had told them to return the money to me. I just said ***** it and sent them my bank account number. Story ended with me getting the stuff i ordered fore free. Never heard anything more from them. Most likley the same situation here... They have no clue, the money is lost in the system.

Well, its now been confirmed that Thunderkick has lowered their RTP on several of their games... Bird on a wire and so on.. A unibet rep confirmed this on casinomeister. But Thunderkick wont answer the forum lol.. If they have done it and do it, are you people seriously so naive to think that Net ent has not done so? Its obvious.. Actually i deposited 54 euros yesterday at maxxxcasino. Got a 100% bonus that i didd not want, but they could not remove trough chat so i just started to play... Dead or alive was dead as usual.. But then a miracle happened i had a few wins on that new game Koi something. Had about 300 balance, went to Pyramide quest and to my suprise got a 300x bet win on a 2 euro bet. Went back to that koi game betting with some rather high bets of 2.40 and 3.20 and acutally got my balance up to 1600 euros. Made wagering with 1350 left but then my account was reduced to 1000 euros, as apparently the bonus terms only allow a max win of 1000 euros.................... So i accidently hit spin for 3 euros so i cahsed out 997 euros. Kinda sucks about that bonus term, if that was not the case i would have gon to DOA with that 350 that they took away. But 997 euros is a nice return for a 54 euro deposit But also it kinda proves my point. When i started to win all the games paid... Every game i played gave features all the time and ok- decent wins. Several 100-200x bet wins. This is the thing with the new net ent games.. You cannot win one huge lump like on DOA. You have to play with very high bets and hope you get some decent wins. Because on 2-3 euros stake a 100-200x stake win is allot of money. But im convinced if i had not taken the bonus i would not have won anything...

No, i read oN casinomeister about another player who got his winnings confiscated but he then submittef a complaint and got refunded all his deposits since he excluded. So i just tought i would submitt a complaint, since ive been playing on allot of these casinos and i was not even aware of the fact that they could confiscate winnings. Or that everymatrix was a company that owned all these sites. I just tought it was some kind of platform provider not a lisense holder. I had a complaint with the MGA about everymatrix and 2 days ago i got a mail from them saying everymatrix is going to refund all my deposits since i excluded in 2012 - minus the withdrawals ive made during this periode. According to the mail this amounts to over 5000 euros,(allot of money) I was told to contact the operator or to send my banking info to the mga. I forwarded my info to the mga and EM but got no responce. All games have gone sour the last year. I dont know what is going on. My theory is that NetEnt has the whole Egaming market cornered and are basicly the king of the hill. They have allot of customers and allot of people are hooked. And how do you get people hooked? Well let them win some and then gradually lower the payout. This has been done on pysical slots here in norway. They install the maschine it pays 96% and after a few months or years they lower it down to the minimum that is legal. Well, they didd not credit me anything for the lost bonus round. After they "fixed" it the first time the bonus round was lost. And then when they fixed it again the second time the bonus round was also lost. After allot of back and forth with their support(Wich seams to be totally clueless) i just closed my account. By far the worst casino i have played at, and i would not reccomend anybody to play there.. Imagine if the bonus round was 4 wilds and 3 chests and not just 3 chests.. Yes, this is exactley what i experience aswell, if you dare play 2-5 euros or above pr spin its like your playing a different slot thanif you set your bet size lower than 1 euro. Its can give decent wins and when you increase the bets it instantly goes 50 dead spins, its unatural.

Seams there are countless threads on all forums english and others about netent. Has anyone actually won anything decent from their games recently? When you deposit if it goes downhill from the first spin and you go below 50% of inital deposit on a net ent game or any there is no coming back. I can tell from 5 mintues of play if i am going to win or not.

I dont know if ive won or lost since the spin does not complete/bonus round does not load. Screenshot is showing game round id. Same thing as in video happened twice. Everytime i open the game it just loads the same spin and then nothing happens
