  2. I agree. I ran well and even a few days ago I hit a bit but I know a ban run is immanent. I am not playing anything anymore. After my experience with another accredited casino(lmao) I decided to just stop cold Turkey. I honestly have no urge to play anywhere. I went on the complaints forum here, my God, people are being accused of things that are not true. One poor guy had his a cont closed because the casino decided he was not who he said he was even after sending all papers?????? Wow I am currently waiting for 2 large payments. I won't say by who yet but I am getting the run around. Both are friendly and honest so i do not understand why funds are not in account yet? Maybe the delays are normal but way too long!   11. Best customer service by far is GOWILD casino. The person answering the phone is always ready to answer. Speaks perfect English and always friendly. Very good Euro casino is also at the top. For me that is. By far the worst customer service on this planet is Videoslots.com. Their response to emails are sarcastic and robotic and pre fabricated. Example.....   12. Ok yap. Here is the truth in my opinion. Videoslots.com has problems with their software. This is just one of the problems. The other closed thread exposed them again. I am waiting for Val to re open thread after his expert confirms my picture is 10000000% legit. All my snap shots are legit. For what it's worth..... I have no idea how to even see a snap shot on a PC. Lol When I plugged iphone in and doña back up, I don't see anything???? That's how computer literate I am. Lol

Except one little problem.....when I spoke with Sarah via email, she clearly said that the ask gamblers bonus was nil and void but she had to wait until wagered 3500 to remove it because the system does not do it automatically. It was clear to me that while I was wagering the 100 gift with 35x requirement, although the amount was coming off the askgamblers bonus, she would arrange it. I like those people. They are nice.   20. I believe it has come time to put system to sleep for a while. I tried gowild yesterday. 250 plus 100 bonus. Reached 900 but lost soon afterward. My heart and brain were not into it. I had an issue with GO WILD and it was fixed within 5 minutes. They didn't even question me about an email I said I had received with a 50 % bonus. They asked for it but I had erased it.   22. I have concluded their malfunction. There are two spins shown from next gen. The first spins two reels and the second spins last three is what my screen shot is showing. Somewhere they have a glitch. I spun and received the screen shot shown. Nextgen sent two pictures of gameplay. Basically they say that my screen shot is two reels from spin one, three reels from screen two. Either nexgen is really good at cover up along with videoslots.com or I must be the greatest photo man in the world to be able to manipulate a perfect picture like that in less than one minute! I believe I sent the email minutes after the free spin error. I waited a bit before I logged out. Maximum 3 minutes.
