      Ty Val. Many people including myself have some issues with gambling. Accepting the fact that any form of gambling is addictive and destructive if not aged in moderation is very difficult. I, myself have been up and down for a long time. But there has always been a part of me that knows that I have to make the changes. Self exclusion works. Trust me on this. For some reason if you self exclude yourself from your local casino, you just don't think about that casino anymore. It is all in the head. Management of your brain can actually make gambling a fun experience. I personally got carried away last month. Big wins and losses. 16 hours a day my iphone was running on slots. I bought external batter cases. I played while driving. I let the games run while I was sleeping auto play. Just too much. I am old and experienced enough to know that it had gotten ridiculous. I have taken the necessary steps to change this. I not put did self exclusions and low deposit limits, I told the wife. That's enough to make my plan work. My only Advice I can give to rookie addictive gamers is this. There is so much less stress when you actually play for fun. Seeing images of slots when you sleep is the first sign that you have a problem. As hard as it may be, I suggest that you use the exclusion tools offered and use the deposit limits as well.       100 times the bet. Got it. The second one was posted because came close to the jackpot. That is line 15 High roller. Yes. A disease that I hate myself for everyday. I am doing everything possible to stop playing high limits. Yesterday I took steps to stop being a high roller. I even suspended my party casino account. 90 per spin was standard for me there.       I lost a lot this week and made a lot. Over all down 40% I have excluded myself from many casinos today. Many. For a lonnng time. It was getting to much. I kept one microngaming and one netent account open. Put a permanent deposit limit of 250 canadian. Dollars a week. To wild and BGO agreed. I play poker at stars mostly. Better control there.       Bad run. Folks. Even batman got me. Besides the 10k pounds last night another 10 canadian on microgaming. I am beginning to really wonder about them. When I play poker. Usually 25/50 nl, I can go up and down 20-40 k but the bad run usually ends! I think it's time for a really long break from these online casinos.       Basically, I already apologized to bgo. I backed up my facts and was upset. Now that I won a lot of pounds and I could cash out entropay when I feel like, I am happy to play at bgo. Best place to relax U won't have any more problems from me. Except from win palace if they don't pay me soon.
