      Everything you said is accurate. Except one little problem.....when I spoke with Sarah via email, she clearly said that the ask gamblers bonus was nil and void but she had to wait until wagered 3500 to remove it because the system does not do it automatically. It was clear to me that while I was wagering the 100 gift with 35x requirement, although the amount was coming off the askgamblers bonus, she would arrange it. I like those people. They are nice. I am still working to get my 100 back. If it was a loan, then I will accept and deposit again. If it is because if the ask gamblers bonus, then they owe me 100 cash.

      I decided to give euro a 250 deposit. They gave me 50% bonus 30xbonus only. Clean bonus. No monkey business. I started slow. Imam playing smart. Stopping for an hour when I feel a bad run coming. So far so good. The only way my system will work is if the bonus is like this. Certain casino have different bonuses that should be avoided. Especially those cashback so called bonuses. They will not work with this proven system. Let's see how this session at euro palace place out. Got 125 bonus added. 30x wagering requièrent on bonus amont. It was clear and simple. Il had 250 plus 125bonus about an jour ago. Using proven system. So far nothing big but up and down from 44-460. Time will tell. See screen shot. Bonus is being deducted as I play but I am allowed to use funds. Pure clean honest bonus. The way it should be....

      I believe it has come time to put system to sleep for a while. I tried gowild yesterday. 250 plus 100 bonus. Reached 900 but lost soon afterward. My heart and brain were not into it. I played things I don't normally play.....not happy so a break is needed. Other things on other sites have made me rethink this whole online casino thing.

      Another important thing I expect from a casino is that if there is ever a problem that I have with them, to be believed and for them to look after my best interest. I had an issue with GO WILD and it was fixed within 5 minutes. They didn't even question me about an email I said I had received with a 50 % bonus. They asked for it but I had erased it. They believed me and put money into the account. Pure respect. The truth was I really did get an email promising that bonus. Also, casinoluck promised a 100% match thing but not to Canadians. I didn't read the fine print, when I emailed them they responded with an apology? An apology because I didn't read the terms. Basically they apologized to me for my mistake??? Amazing service. They gave me the match bonus. I cashed out 5k that session. Almost all casinos will have their problems with a player. How they deal with it makes or breaks it for me.       I have concluded their malfunction. There are two spins shown from next gen. The first spins two reels and the second spins last three is what my screen shot is showing. Somewhere they have a glitch. I spun and received the screen shot shown. Nextgen sent two pictures of gameplay. Basically they say that my screen shot is two reels from spin one, three reels from screen two. Either nexgen is really good at cover up along with videoslots.com or I must be the greatest photo man in the world to be able to manipulate a perfect picture like that in less than one minute! I believe I sent the email minutes after the free spin error. I waited a bit before I logged out. Maximum 3 minutes.

Hi Johnny, Unfortunately nowhere does it show that you have landed that spin, and as you have already seen from the previous images attached on askgamblers, the official report shows the 2 separate spins that complete the screenshot that you have posted within the beginning of the thread. If there would have been a malfunction, it would also be us who would notice it, and get it resolved asap together with the software provider.       Yap.... It is obvious that NextGen computer will not show 3 orbs, otherwise it would have triggered. It is a malfunction on their part. Nextgen is too blame. But the fact remains that I deposited my money at videoslots.com. They are responsible to make me happy. Not next gen. If they somehow accuse me of providing an edited picture or whatever they will come up with next, check the time of my picture, check the time of the actual game played. Check every symbol position. Check the time I emailed the picture(minutes), check everything. This is a legitimate screen shot of a malfunction. You have all seen my screen shots. You pretty much know unlike to post real time. Even if I wanted to edit or whatever, it is humanly impossible to do so, at that speed. Impossible. Screen shot is legit.

      Well folks. There is the end result. Videoslots.com has proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that they are not an honest casino. Ban me if you want Val. Doesn't matter anymore. Free spin didn't trigger. I snapped a picture. They basically are calling a player who deposited 1000 dollars even after an issue with their so called bonus, a liar. Their web sites states certain things. Integrity, fairness etc.... This is the first time this has ever happened to me. Ever. I am still in shock that a company like this can get away with fraud. Technically it is fraud. I knew something was up when I was playing Thunderstruck II. When two bonuses fall, it is supposed to stall before the spin stop, there was no stalling what so ever.
