@cocopop3011 The 'Stay logged in' button is missing, hence we cannot stay logged in.

It works for as long as you don't stay idle.

I hope the tech team is currently working on it. I've found a temporary solution to this issue. Click on the ASKGAMBLERS red banner. If you're logged in, then sign out and log back in. You should then be logged in again. Then click to go to the forum homepage. It works for both Chrome and Edge for me.

Nah. I can't be bothered to see how many spins I've done on my few fav games since the latest update, many thousands of spins done no doubt, but suffice to say, most big wins were around 100x - 200x, and only once it gave 494x win, which usually would have been a mega win. No 500x win so far! That's pure bulls**t!

Yes! I've been playing my fav Playtech games for over 20 years, have seen it changed so many times with each new update, but the latest recent update is definitely the worst! The same old games, with same old RTPs are now playing like on 92% RTP!

Every time I leave the forum idle for some time, it logs me out. Signing back in takes many different attempts, eventually succeeding, before getting logged out yet again...and again...and again!

@loceff13 You are one of those members/players who still do not believe that such drastic changes have been occurring over the last few years. It is NOT due to the much higher max win - even the lower under 2500x max win games are now playing like shiiiit!

@marius1978 Can you please confirm if that 50 free spins was from a deposit you made, or it was a no-deposit offer? The contest rules state that winning screenshots must be from real money play only, deposit bonuses included, but not from no-deposit bonuses.

@LuckyDuckling Everyone has got different levels of patience - some wants only fast withdrawals, some can wait a few hours or even a day, but most simply do not like having to wait for days just to get their money. Most players would choose to play at casinos that pay fast - usually not longer than 1 day waiting period. If payment doesn't come in within this timeframe, then there might be something wrong somewhere that may need further attention or action.

@cocopop3011 Somehow or rather, the support staff keep telling us the same replies over and over again - but is NOT resolving the issue! I'm 100% sure this isn't due on my side and must be on Askgamblers side, so please get the tech team to do something quickly! All these resigning in attempts are becoming very stressful!
