      Next time avoid playing at casinos that do such ridiculous things! There 's been one similar case recently with the same withdrawal issue - paid a portion of total claimed, returned to balance the rest - which is ridiculous!

Coming back to your question - the answer is 99% a SCAM! There are already lots of similar reported cases here in the forum, so you can browse around the topics, find them and read them - most if not all of them were SCAM!

I would suggest you try out other available options you can find, like at some other forums, or an ADR provider. Seems to me it's yet one more case involving cyrpto currency withdrawal at a shady casino!

      Well mate, Askgamblers won't be able to help you, as I've said earlier, but you can try elsewhere, or even contact an ADR provider if necessary. You can also try complaining directly to UKGC though.
