@Ultras34 Bro, Cocopop has already mentioned it a few times already over various contests - whatever prizes not claimed are considered burnt and cannot be distributed amongst the winners. Only Askgamblers own contests can be considered to do such.

@Brockly When it concerns gambling businesses, no company would ever turn back on their current decisions if they're doing better than before. When can such a situation change? When the gambling laws and authorities start ensuring that TRUE FAIRNESS is maintained - right now, nothing is fair, the advantage is leaning heavily towards the providers and casinos!

There were 2 links posted in the poll, one for each game (Ancient Egypt and Royal Crown), but both doesn't work, I wanted to remove the 2 links but I couldn't edit them. Now the entire poll has been removed by the OP.

If it is not listed, then I'm afraid you are not able to submit your complaint using the AGCCS facility. You will need to use the casino's ADR provider, if provided, or complain directly to the Licensing Authority.

@Daneski Nobody likes rules, but rules are rules and meant to be followed, like it or not. If you don't like it, you don't have to enter the contest. The choice is always free for everyone.

@Aram1992 Hi there and welcome to the forum. Multiple games? There are 2 games listed, not multiple! Not only that, both your game links do not work, but I cannot remove them! Can you do it? Ancient Egypt is by Pragmatic Play (Book game); Royal Crown is by BF Games (Fruits game). I would prefer Ancient Egypt but I don't really like it - have played the game numerous of times before! Royal Crown fruits game is quite boring to be honest!
