The way I see it, there cannot be any cap on the number of casinos a player can play for this contest, simply because there's only 1 game to play on, so players can choose any casino that they can or want to play it.

Try clicking on the COMPLAINTS button at the top of the screen and see if you can find the casino in the list - if it's not there, then you may have to go elsewhere to find help. A scheduled maintenance may actually take 1 week or more, as what has happened to one of my regular online casino very recently, so I suggest you give this matter some more time to see how it goes next. The casino may even be undergoing a management takeover/changeover, and may involve a new casino name.
