Buying a 200 EUR Bonus Game exceeds this limit, even though the system did not automatically restricted it, Most casinos would consider buying a Bonus Game with bonus money, or whilst there's an active bonus in play, as a breach of their terms. Some casinos do not explicitly state this in their T&C or Bonus terms, but is automatically considered as a breach by the system. There have been numerous similar cases reported before and some got their deposits refunded back but most didn't.

I hope the provider learned a very important lesson from this contest - that 1 game at 1 casino = minimal participation.

That, I'm afraid, is decided by the sponsor, so Coco cannot change that.

@Jonny Hi there and welcome to the forum. First of all, Live Chat services may not be from the casino itself - it may be an outside resource, so they are not capable of doing many things. They told you to write to the casino's Support Team and request for closure of your account, which they did after you had written officially to them. About a refund of your deposits, it may depend on Tsars casino discretion to give it or not. You may also file an official complaint using Askgamblers AGCCS facility to try and get a refund from the casino.
