@LeoTo91 Hi there and welcome to the forum. This time of the year is unfortunately a period when casino's staff go on leave and holidays, so all pending work gets delayed. This is probably the case with yours too. Investigation of your account by the relevant casino team has taken quite some time already but this not really surprising though. There have been cases whereby investigations took some months to be completed, so I guess you'll just have to wait.

Don't mean to interrupt but if the game is listed in the Christmas list of games at any casino, then it is eligible for this contest.
