Usually, whenever a casino rejects a player's KYC approval submission, it may be due to not meeting the documentation requirements, or unclear document images, or not actual photos as required. Have you tried writing in to their Support or KYC Team for a clear and defenitive answer for the rejection?

@Joaocarrapico You mean the casino (Slotlair) does not have the relevant Responsible Gambling tools for you to set your limits and self-exclusion yourself? There are quite a number of casinos that do not have all the required tools and some casinos even don't respond to players requests for assistance. Best to avoid such casinos if you have gambling problems.

@Boss022 Did you take a deposit bonus when you played at Pinco? Also, is your country on its restricted list and did you use a VPN to bypass the restriction? If your answer is "no" for both questions, the the game and provider may be restricted for your country. A technical malfunction may refer to the casino's system for not restricting your play when it should have.

The reason why the casino mBit never asked for your child's identification is probably because it's a CRYPTO currency casino. These type of casinos usually only do KYC (KnowYourCustomer) procedures when the player makes a withdrawal claim. As long as no such claim has been made, the player can carry on depositing without any restrictions or control! Another thing is, crypto casinos are NOT STRICTLY REGULATED by their Licensing Authorities simply because crypto currency is a virtual currency, unlike fiat currency. Have you written in to the casino indicating and proving that your child shouldn't be allowed to play at any casino?

@Keith - AG Team Hi Keith. I am wondering how to get more Asian based casinos to be registered at Askgamblers - do they need to make the first move to register or can they be invited to register? Why I'm asking is because currently, I can play mostly at my local Asian casinos only - non Asian ones either do not have Skrill, do not allow bonuses with Skrill deposits, or are simply country restricted. 2 local casinos are already listed at AG (BK8 & 12Play) but there are some others that could be listed at AG. I think the most obvious keywords here is 'have more money have more wins'!
