@Juheli00 Like I have said earlier on to you (see my replies above), it is a hidden rule under the max win cap bonus term. Any winnings more than the capped amount cannot be withdrawn and would be removed when a withdrawal claim is made. Most casinos do not indicate nor state this in their Bonus Terms or T&Cs simply because it is advantageous to them - it is one way of catching ignorant gamblers to confiscate their extra winnings. Is it unfair? Not to casinos. Is it illegal? No it's not, it is a hidden restriction under the max win capping rule. Is there any way you can fight this to get back your removed winnings? Very unlikely there is any legal way to go about it. Check with a lawyer!

@cocopop3011 Yet again, I've tried marking both the forum and the unread section as read but the number on the bell persists throughout! The unread section was cleared but the forum section cannot be marked as read! The number on the bell is always for the forum section after marking as read.

@west750 Firstly, hi and welcome to the contest. Please use ENGLISH whenever you post anything in this forum. Secondly, yes that's how the screenshots are required to be submitted. However, if you can also include the screenshot of the final free spin that shows the total winning amount in the RED BOX above the reels. Look at the other submitted screenshots to understand better. Thirdly, kindly also indicate your winning multiplier (total win 1192/ 2.00 bet = 596x) for easy reference.

HAVE DONE THAT several times already bro...but the numbers still appear on the Bell! Sometimes it clears, most times it don't!

@cocopop3011 Not so good news for desktop/laptop users though. The Bell notifications are working but there are now 2 sections - 1 for Forum and the other for 'Others'. The problem is...the notifications in the Forum section cannot be marked as read, or cleared off, but the 'Others' section can be cleared. So I keep seeing the number of already seen notifications on the Bell and that's annoying!

@Hector_94 I wish I could still locate that old video but it definitely has been taken off Youtube, I have mentioned this in the forum a few years back too, but it seemed no one even knew about it, or cared about it.
