@Boadicea1863 When you go to the complaints page, did you check to see if you're signed in? Sometimes an error may occur and you need to sign in again. You should also inform @cocopop3011 if this issue persists so that the team can check it out for you.

The 1st prize winner would win only 100 EUR more than the 2nd prize winner...but without the CASH! I'd take the cash anytime!

You can buy a similar gaming chair at Amazon for just over 200 EUR! Unless that Pragmatic chair is in leather, then it would make sense.

@cocopop3011 I think you should reconsider allowing Joker Jewels game for this contest, as it breaks the 9 lines rule, same as for my favourite Gamomat games. Change it to another game, or just have 2 games for the contest...even easier!

@cocopop3011 I may be using both USD (at non-Asian casino) and my local currency MYR (RM) at my Asian local casino, but as you may know, the minimum bet for most Prag games at Asian casinos is 0.20 RM for 0.10 and 0.20 USD games, so I hope this is still okay as before.

@AlexBragg The thing is, when I deposit and play for any contest, I usually stick to just 1 non-Asian casino, as in this case, except for AG members contests where I might play at my favourite local casino plus 1 non-Asian one. I don't have much funds to play at many places at any one time!

This is probably just a simple case of certain countries being restricted from getting any no-deposit bonuses. Some casinos even restrict certain countries from all promotions!
