      Today, I received 15 free spins from Casumo on Poltava... not my favourite game...won only 1.87 EUR from them... so with so little money, I turned to Holiday season... got a nice win of 149x at 0.20 bet from the 2nd Free Spins game...       Yep, my Leo mate is also right. A tricky trick or not, but that's how casinos make money! Like it or not! Some things are so finely-printed that most players missed seeing it altogether. But if it is clearly indicated that the Bonus Term prevails in any disputes, then that's a solid fact for fighting for your rights!

      HI Harry, and welcome to the forum. Should have done this earlier...but forgot! Your case if rather a straightforward case, I'm afraid. It's either one or the other, no two ways about it. Firstly, it all depends on the Bonus Terms and the General T&C. Does the Bonus Terms indicate that in any dispute, the Bonus Terms shall prevail? If this is not stated in the Bonus terms, then the General T&C prevails, meaning, what the casino has offered to you was the best that they can do, not forgetting that extra 50 free chip that Stephanie has also offered to you. In most instances, the T&C wins! In rare case, the Bonus Terms wins! This is a bit like Claire vs Trump...hahaha. Well, 1500 is indeed a lot of money, Harry, so perhaps you can check out all the terms again to be sure of yourself, before deciding to take up what the casino has offered, or go on fighting for the full Bonus amount win. It's all up to you now, If it's the full Bonus amount you want to fight for, then you can use Askgamblers Complaints service for assistance. No guarantee of a win though! Hahaha.

      This issue can be a real bummer indeed! I have experienced the same situation before, many years ago, but I cannot remember at which casino it was. In such a situation, no two casinos would do the same thing! The Bonus Terms may state 10x the bonus amount, but the general T&C may state 10x the deposit amount. In some casinos, it is also clearly stated that if a dispute should arise, the Promotions Terms will prevail, meaning, the Bonus Terms. In others, the general T&C prevails. So it's like flipping a coin if you don't know the rules. I've had both sides of the coin imposed upon my winning amount...once the Bonus Terms, the other the general T&C. Won one lost one.
