  1. I find it strange that a number of ladies don't like eating fish! I love fish...cooked fish, not raw, yuck. My favourite dish is sweet and sour fish, cooked the Thai way...oooh boy...yummy! And I also love fish soup, beef soup, vegetable soup, chicken soup...and of course that car soup! Hahaha.
  2. 'Sarma'? Oh geees...maybe you can cook it for me and I'll fly down to Macedonia just to try it out! Now I thinking I'm superman or what? Hahaha. Sarma reminds me of that great Turkish dish...Shish Kebab (lamb)! My favourite fast food when on the go back in London, and never missing to have a bite of it whenever I go down to Piccadilly Circus. There was a small Turkish shop just nearby the Piccadilly roundabout - it was my favourite stop back then. Wonder if it's still there...or maybe its a restaurant now? Hehehe.
  3. Glad to have you walking by my side down the memory lane old buddy old Guru mate!
  4. There are in fact several old members here who left and never came back. I guess whatever made them leave also made them not to come back, for one reason or another...but none that I know of actually hit a big win or a mega jackpot win and then disappeared from here, hehehe.
  5. Damn! I was supposed to be writing game reviews tonight, with only a few days left to the end of the month, but I somehow got distracted, and ended up reading an old article, written by none other than our beloved Coco-pop-pop three thousand and eleven times, or better known as Sharon...or simply as 'darling'...or just 'my dear', hehehe. Upon reading that article, I started giggling all to myself, all by myself...and all at myself too! Hahaha. Why? Because that article was an interview with a 'new member' at that point in time. Which 'new member'? Afi4wins, who else! Hahaha. Oh geees...I was walking down that good old memory lane...when I should be writing lots of reviews in great pain! Ah well, it was worth every minute of it...and gladly realising that the 'new member' four years ago is actually not much different from this 'old member' four years later! That's good ole Afi4wins! Hahaha. Oh...for new members who haven't got the chance yet of being in 'Askgamblers Hall Of Fame', have a good read from this link... https://www.askgamblers.com/forum/topic/3726-my-interview-with-forum-member-afi4wins/ Who knows, our beloved pop-pop may even start interviewing members again...
  6. Ooooh my god...better skip the raw salmon mate...the others are not too bad. Don't want another 'tape' incident, right? Hehehe.
  7. Well...I don't! Many years ago, I was treated by a friend to try out some sushi dishes at a local Japanese restaurant. When the food came, I could sniff the sourish horse radish smell, and I was immediately turned off a little bit. I'm never into sourish dishes, not even mayonnaise! Anyway, a few dishes was served, reminding me of Dim Sum dishes, which I'm also not fond of, but I gave them a try anyway. Well...that was my first and my last sushi dish ever! These kind of food are not for my taste buds, hahaha. But...there are of course many sushi-lovers out there, so perhaps you are one of them too. That's not surprising at all. Anyhow, reading the following article below and may just change your taste buds! Hahaha. Fresno doctor says of ‘giant’ parasite patient wrapped round toilet roll: ‘Apparently it was still wriggling when he put it in the bag’ A California man’s daily sushi habit ended in a trip to hospital with a stomach-churning item to show doctors: a 5ft tapeworm that “wiggled” out of his body. Fresno emergency department doctor Kenny Banh told the Guardian he was sceptical when the man walked into his hospital, asking for treatment for a worm. But when the patient opened a plastic bag, the “giant” parasite was inside, wrapped around a toilet roll. “Apparently it was still wriggling when he put it in the bag but it had died in transit,” Banh said. The patient, whose identity has not been revealed, told the doctor that during a bout of bloody diarrhoea he looked down and thought a piece of his intestine was hanging from his behind. When the man pulled on it and it kept coming out, he realized it was moving and must be a worm. This was marginally better, Banh said, than “if you think you’re dying because your entrails are shooting out of your bottom”. The incident happened last August but came to light this week because Banh spoke about it on a medical podcast called This Won’t Hurt a Bit. He unravelled the worm, he said, and laid it on paper towel on the floor of the trauma room at the Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno. It was 5ft 6in long. The patient was given a deworming pill which, Banh explained, was no different from the kind generally given to pets. “He said he’d felt like something was moving around in his guts and he thought it was just gas,” Banh said of the patient. “He’d been in discomfort for a few months.” The man said he ate raw fish, especially salmon sashimi, almost every day. Last January, the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) put out a warning of an elevated risk of parasitic larvae that can grow into tapeworms being found in Pacific Ocean salmon, including Alaskan wild salmon that is popular in the US and elsewhere. Cooking kills the tiny larvae; sushi is supposed to be flash-frozen to kill such parasites too. Larvae may survive in poorly prepared raw salmon, then take up residence in a human digestive tract. Many human hosts experience no symptoms. Worms often die and are passed at the end of their lifecycle. They can also slip out alive, as in the case in Fresno. Oooooh my gaaaawd...
  8. Well, basically, more and more players are getting turned off with NetEnt new games lately - simply because of the games damn low payouts. Needless to say, I am one of them too, but I still play NetEnt games - not the newer games (except for Finn And The Swirly Spin), but the old games, which still have good paytables and good payouts! Maybe Net Entertainment should now be called No Entertainment, or simply NoEnt...hahaha.
  9. The reasons for disallowing players to take any deposit bonuses whilst having a pending withdrawal is due to the implications inherent in the casino's financial system! Some casinos use this system, others don't - so some casinos do allow to take up deposit bonuses even with a pending withdrawal, without causing hitches in the financial system. Depending on the financial system used, when a bonus is taken with a deposit, all the money is placed into a bonus account. All money in this bonus account cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been completed. That is straightforward enough, right? BUT...in certain systems, pending withdrawal money is still considered as in a bonus account, simply because it has not been paid out and released yet! So if there's a new bonus wagering requirements that needs to be completed first, all money, INCLUDING that withdrawal money, gets locked with the wagering requirements too...as what is happening with your withdrawal money at Tangiers! This is not a good system...but some casinos still use them! For comparison, some Playtech casinos allow taking deposit bonuses even immediately after making a withdrawal claim, and I have used this privilege very much to my benefit - but that was some years ago, and I finally got banned from taking anymore bonuses! Hahaha.
  10. Most casinos have a clause in their T&C stating that players are not allowed to take deposit bonuses whilst having a pending withdrawal. Don't know if Tangiers have this clause or not. Nonetheless, I think Stumeister shouldn't have taken any deposit bonuses with his 2 deposits, knowing that his withdrawal was still pending. He should have cancelled those bonuses, either directly from his account, or via Live Chat...but then again, he might know of this requirement in the first place.
  11. 3 days of playing with Afinn, got many screenies, yet no win...but had great fun! 28 more screenshots uploaded to Finn And The Swirly Spin https://www.askgamblers.com/video-slots/finn-and-the-swirly-spin-netent-game-review/#winningScreenshots

My bet is that the jockey has fallen off his horse...
  14. Hi Krohnen, welcome to Askgamblers forum! Oh gees...your case is one more of so many! Many players have been caught out by that self-exclusion clause and lost their winnings! Anyway, as far as I know, if you had requested for a cooling off period, which is also a self-exclusion, then you need to write in to the casino to have your account reactivated again...similarly if you had requested your account to be closed. Since you did not write to them requesting a cancellation of that cooling off period, then the casino may have the right to deny your winnings. However, I cannot be 100% sure of this. Maybe somebody else knows better...

As far as I know, our Guru is never fond on one-word topic title or a two-words post/reply!
  16. No, that reply to my review was either by David, the casino manager, or by somebody else, but it certainly wasn't Alex. Alex later PMed me saying that he has taken over Katrine about my complaints and that he would put the platform back to right. Well, he certainly has done that...the platform is now tremendously better than the last time I used it...and all completed in very quick time too! A really good job by Alex and his tech team! Alex PMed me again today, saying that they are installing a new server for my region, so that should improve the platform even more! They gave me another 50 free spins to try out...and indeed, the website came on within 10 seconds!!! Even that Finn game loaded and started up in quick time! I must say, the new platform is one of the best now, at par with JoyCasino and BetChain platforms!
  17. Money laundry schemes? You mean, like washing dirty money? But never mind matey...just kidding there! I know you mean money laundering schemes. Yes, it is definitely true that such rules came into play due to the numerous money/bonus abuses and money laundering occurrences. Players making a deposit, claiming the free spins offer, played the free spins but cannot get a win, then they withdraw their deposit! The casino gets no money, yet lose their free spins! Then there are criminals with 'black' dirty illegal money, depositing into casinos, then withdrawing out 'cleaned' money, safe for them to deposit into their banks! The casino washed their dirty money and handed back cleaned money to them! Now that's a real money laundry service! Hahaha. Those rules are specifically meant and directed at such players above...but we innocent and genuine players have to bear the burden and inconveniences caused by all those bas-tards!
  18. Well...you know what they say...must get to know each other first...before the love comes in! Anyway...I hope Wild Tornado is a lady...Or I'd be in deep sheeeeet! Hahaha.
  19. Funds received 2 minutes later? Are you sure it wasn't 2 hours...or 2 days? Hehehe, just kidding mate! That was lightning fast indeed!

  21. If you have read my review on Wild Tornado Casino, then you would know that I had a horrendous and torturous time playing at the casino! That was my first ever play there, and from what I went through, it was nothing less than a total disappointment for me. The platform used by Wild Tornado was apparently working well for European players, as I was told by the Casino Manager, but it certainly was working like a snail for players from my region - Asia. So my review was more of complaints after complaints! Hahaha. Then good ole Alex came along, messaged me that he will be looking into my complaints, get those snails out of the platform, and within a few days, everything would be a breeze from thereon. Well, thank you very much Alex, for being a super concerned casino rep! Most other casinos don't even bother to listen to my complaints, much less to do anything about them, but certainly not Wild Tornado! Hehehe. Now that is indeed an excellent customer service! In good gesture, I told Alex "throw in some free spins and I'll try out the casino again". And guess what? Nope, Alex didn't give me a monkey face, or a duck face, or even a thick face. Instead, he threw in 100 free spins for me to try out the improved platform! Whoopie!!! Now that is one more superb customer service! Okaaay, so I got myself back into Wild Tornado, using my 3G connection, not wanting to waste time in waiting. The swirling loading indicator came on, and soon, the homepage was up and running, all done in under 1 minute. Yay! Then I went to their Live Chat, requested for my free spins, told him Alex gave them to me, and I got those 100 free spins on NetEnt's Wolf Cub game...no hesitations and no hassles from the live chat host at all! Excellent Live Chat service! Next...comes the biggest test of them all...how the improved platformed would run, and how fast the games would load. So I clicked on Wolf Cub, and the game was ready for playing in about 2 minutes! Now that is indeed FAST! It took at least 30 minutes to load any NetEnt game before this, so the speed has indeed improved tremendously! I also tried loading up Finn And The Swirly Spin, but this game is known for its slower loading up time, but it was still ready for playing in about 5 minutes! Well done Alex! And well done to your tech guys too! So, how was it on my 2G connection? I'm happy to say that I'm delighted with its performance now! Not as fast as at JoyCasino or at BetChain, but almost as good! From thereon, I was playing my games at Wild Tornado using my slower 2G all the way...without getting any irritations or disappointments, although a few 'connection lost' errors did occurred...but reloading the game took under 1 minute to come back on! Another excellent improvement at Wild Tornado! Okay, so I cannot change my bad 3-Stars rating for my review on Wild Tornado Casino, and that is exactly why I'm posting this up for readers to read and know. Askgamblers gave a superb rating for Wild Tornado, and now I know why! Yes, I would now rate this casino with 8-Stars, but only because I couldn't test their withdrawal processing timeframe and whatnots - I didn't win anything withdrawable from those 100 free spins...but I certainly had a great time playing them! Conclusion: Wild Tornado Casino is now damn good to go! HOWEVER...hehehe...there is still that nag about no Microgaming and no Play'nGo games!
  22. Geees matey...you're always so lucky with those yargh-drasil games! Congrats anyway matey!

I'm wondering if such nonsense posts should be allowed to be published at all!
  24. There was a time when I really enjoyed getting all those free spins from Casumo...from the regular free spins to the Super Spins at $2.50 or $3.00 bet per spin. I had won a few times from those Super Spins, after completing its wagering requirements...but alas...those were the good days. Nowadays, I don't even get regular free spins anymore from Casumo...simply because they want me to deposit at least 50 EUR each and every month in order to continue getting those free spins...but my wallet keeps saying "no way Jose!" Hahaha. Ah well, many months have already passed without me playing on Casumo's free spins...and I'm already getting over them by now. No free spins...no problem...but no deposits from me either! My top interest now...is of course only for no-wager free spins! But I certainly won't say "no" to the regular free spins! Hehehe.
