  1. Hi there Katrine! My first outing at Wild Tornado caught me in a real tornado!!! The platform dragged and lagged...some games wouldn't load at all...NetEnt games took 30 minutes to load with my 3G connection (it wouldn't load at all with 2G)...and it all got me so fired up in a rage! I was totally disappointed with Wild Tornado! I wrote a bad review in the casino section, then your casino manager replied back, not really accepting my 3 Stars rating simply because of the connection problems that I had...but when a casino gets me all mad and angry, wasting hours and hours of my time trying to load up my games...what can anyone expects to get...a 9 Star rating???!!! I don't know what was wrong with your casino platform...because other casinos all worked well on that same day! I would only come back to play at Wild Tornado if and when the platform can run as smoothly again.
  2. This is becoming such a common excuse given by lots of casinos everywhere - duplicated account and self-exclusion! Let's go one thing at a time. Duplicated account: Any casino system would have instantly detected your same email address, or your identical personal details, or even your same phone number, so it wouldn't allow you to complete another registration! As an example, I have tried making a new account at several casinos which I have closed my accounts years before, but when I keyed in my email address, a notification would come up indicating that the email address is already in use. In some other cases, an 'account locked' message would appear. However I tried, I could not make a second duplicate account! However, not all casinos have this tracing system, so making a duplicate account may still be possible at a few casinos! Self-exclusion: By far, this is the most common reason caught out by so many gamblers! When a player self-exclude from a casino, the casino regards this as an addiction to gambling - a very serious reason not to be taken lightly - and require stringent actions to be taken by any responsible casino. So any self-excluded player would automatically be banned from that casino, and from any other casinos within the same group! You may not have self-excluded at Casino Of Dreams, but perhaps you did at any one of their sister casinos, so you automatically gets banned from all their casinos! A duplicated account, or a self-excluded account, may not have been made by you, as you have so mentioned, but perhaps by another member of your family, using their own separate account, but both accounts using the same IP address! This is also another possible reason for casinos to catch players out! If none of the above applies to your case, then you may choose to make an official complaint using the AGCS form here in Askgamblers. As for a refund, that is entirely at the discretion of the casino. They may refund you all of your deposits back, or just your last deposit amount.
  3. Yes indeed my dear...interesting read...and one that showed how wrong I was about big jackpots! Mega Moolah hit twice in 2017...and so did Mega Fortune...and both with 'Mega' game title...making me Mega embarrassed! Hahaha. Ah well, I cannot be correct all the time, right? But all winners are yet again Europeans! Oh geees...maybe I should move to Europe!
  4. Sorry Miami5th...but where Bitcoin is concerned, there is ABSOLUTELY NO CONSUMER PROTECTION for its users...neither can any law-enforcing authority intervene with any cases concerning cryptocurrencies - because cryptocurrencies are not governed by any law! Cryptocurrency users have been warned about this lack of any consumer protection for its users, so the risk is all on the users themselves. When a cryptocurrency is lost...in one way or another...it simply cannot be recovered, reimbursed or be claimed back...so it may be that your Bitcoin payment is lost forever! I may be wrong, but I doubt it!
  5. Now this is yet another NEW problematic issue regarding the use of Bitcoin! How is it possible that the casino is saying that they haven't received the Bitcoin payment, even though it was clearly confirmed by the wallet provider? Can't the wallet provider claim the payment back from the casino? Can't the wallet provider do something for you to get those funds back? If this transaction was using Neteller or Skrill, for example, they would certainly take this issue into their hands and do a proper investigation. They need to confirm if the casino really didn't receive the funds, or that the transaction had been intercepted by a hacker and the funds sent to another address! Anyway...Bitcoin users should take a very serious note of this! All the hype and lies told that Bitcoin/Blockchain transactions cannot be hacked or intercepted - to me, this is just one of the many lies about cryptocurrencies now coming to the surface! In fact, I read last week that a few other wallet providers had been hacked into and users coins (not Bitcoin) stolen - but everything was kept hush hush!!! Bitcoin wallets may be lucky so far...but for how long???
  6. I guess you just like to get ANY free spins offer anywhere...regardless of what caps are in place, right my dear? In all honesty, I like and do that too...playing those free spins just because they are free! Hahaha.

  8. Oh yes...you're correct my dear! I can remember something like that...like 2 or 3 times in that particular year...2015 or 2016, if I'm not mistaken...but that was an exceptional year, I think. However, it would be good to have some sort of reference point on big jackpots like Mega Moolah, Hall Of The Gods, Mega Fortune...and even on Divine Fortune, which seems to be won quite frequently!
  9. OOOOPSIE DAISIE! Thanks for pointing it out my dear. Sorry Zenekk...my bad!!!
  10. Heeeey...welcome back Zenekk! If you're posting those screenshots for the Game Of The Month Contest...then I have bad news for you mate! Please read the NEW RULES...only participants that have posted 300 posts are eligible to enter for the contest now...not like before mate. Sorry!
  11. Suella, please listen up. When it comes to withdrawals, not the Casino Manager, nor any of the Live Chat hosts, can ever have any influence on what the Finance Dept would decide! If the Finance Manager sees that you have banned yourself at a sister casino, most likely he/she would decline your withdrawal straight away! Not only that, the casino would also confiscate all your winnings, and probably just return your deposit, if you're lucky enough! If you've banned or self-excluded yourself from any one group of casinos, don't ever return to play there! Find another casino that doesn't know your previous record. Better still, why take the risk to start gambling all over again? This may bring you even more bigger problems soon enough!
  12. Oh my poor big mate! That must have really sucked real bad! Hope you'll have a better time on some other games mate!
  13. Losing 110 pounds in one go on Immortal Romance is nothing shocking really...wait till you get to the part when you spin several thousands of spins and get 3 consecutive zero payout from that blardy Wild Desire features! After I got hit with that, I totally stopped playing the damn game!
  14. Where big jackpots are concerned, yes! Just look at Mega Moolah for example. As far as I can remember, each jackpot was won over at least a 1 year period lapse. Smaller jackpots, like Divine Fortune (NetEnt), on the other hand, could be won within just a few months lapse, but the jackpot amount is only a fraction of Mega Moolah's.

  17. All jackpot prizes have a minimum reset (starting) amount, to which it would be reset after someone wins the jackpot. With Mega Moolah, the minimum prize is set at 1 million. With other jackpots, the minimum reset amount varies. Like I have said earlier on, the RTP of the game doesn't change, even right after someone wins the jackpot, but the player who wins the jackpot would have an incredible RTP for that win. However, the player's RTP may start from scratch again the following day, upon resuming play, or it may continue from the last recorded RTP, depending on each casino's system. Jackpot wins are already precalculated and included in any RTP of any game. This actual daily RTP is not known to players, probably not to the casinos too, but the game provider's server keeps all the records on the game, including all jackpot wins. What it means is that it is very unlikely for a big jackpot like Mega Moolah to be won again within a very short period of time, because a big jackpot win would have reduced the overall RTP of the game, so it needs to recover back to regain its preset RTP! Small jackpots, like RTG's randomly triggered jackpots for example, doesn't affect the overall RTP by any significant amount.
  18. You requested to close your account BEFORE you make that withdrawal...or you requested to close your account AFTER making a withdrawal claim, but that withdrawal has not been approved or declined by the casino yet? The first question may be unlikely, so it must be the second one...requesting to close the account after making a withdrawal claim. To the casino, or any casino, requesting to close an account may be taken as a reason for addicted gambling, if proper valid reasons have not been stated by you for requesting that closure! I have closed a number of my accounts at various casinos, but I have always stated why I need to close those accounts...mostly because my documents were not accepted, so my account could not be verified, or because a new restriction for my country had just come into play...so there was absolutely no way and no reason for me to play at those casinos! If proper valid reasons have not been stated, the casino would simply assume 'addicted to gambling' as your reason...so they could close your account and decline your withdrawal claim! At best, they would refund back your deposit. Anyway, without your proper explanations as to why your withdrawal was rejected, and the reasons you had given to the casino for requesting to close your account, it is impossible for any of us to give better advice for you.
  19. Hi there and welcome to Askgamblers forum. Firstly, the RTP of a game, any game, is fixed...it does not change with time. What fluctuates is the actual RTP of the players, basing on the current play completed. Winning a jackpot or two would push the player's RTP to greater heights, way above the indicated RTP of that game, but it doesn't change the game's RTP. Secondly, all calculations for RTP are done automatically, so there isn't any intervention from the casino or the game provider.

  22. YES! And I'm still having the same issue now...has just been redirected to the Full Editor page...not a problem really, but a little bit of inconvenience with that redirecting to a new webpage.
