  1. Woohooo...what a weekend hah Guru-san? A big congrats mate!
  2. We're in the same boat mate, but most likely not on the same sailing route...I'm sailing into the sunset!
  3. I haven't payed Primal Megaways by Blueprint...I would only see that game in its blueprint...not going to play it either...but at least it doesn't boast of 117,000 ways to win as others are hyping. Does anyone realise what it takes to win all of that 117,000 ways? You need to get ALL SAME SYMBOLS on the reels! Seeing half of that amount is already almost impossible! Yeah, a very few very lucky players have indeed got almost all of the same symbols, but I have yet to see or hear of anyone getting the full screen of them. Maybe it is possible, but definitely would be a once-in-a-lifetime occurrence for just one damn incredibly lucky player...after many billions of spins done on that game. Maaan, you can't even do 10 millions spins in your lifetime of play, what more billions. It is all just a damn big hype, to catch all the greedy punters, who actually believe that they can be that one-in-a-billion lucky winner! Even my used-to-be-damn-good oldie games are playing and paying like you-know-what nowadays. No thanks to AI. Playtech games, for example, still maintain the original RTPs (at least at the Asian-based casino where I'm playing them anyway), but they certainly do not play or pay as years before. I'm slowly getting very fed up with them...and would probably also stop playing them in due time. What game has lived up to its hype? NONE! For me at least.
  4. If you throw a stone at a sleeping ferocious dog, would that be a good idea? Just let the sleeping dogs sleep mate...more peaceful!
  5. Good strategy there! And keeps the headaches and stresses away too!
  6. Makes me wonder why Dave is even asking this question now, after 13 months lapse?!
  7. Only because he is/was a VIP at Oshi. Ordinary members would probably not get anything back.
  8. A high deposit to pay-off ratio would usually mean a high Return To Player (RTP)...anything above 96.6% RTP can be considered a good game to play. On the other hand, if you're meaning games that can pay big wins with small bets, then you're looking for High Variance (HV) games. So, which is which, if I may ask? Hope you are also aware that nowadays, almost ALL games do not play or pay as good as years before, so getting wins are getting tougher and tougher!
  9. We all have our own favourite online casino and it isn't almost always the same as another gambler's. I used to play at Oshi but have closed my account there. Not only at Oshi, at hundreds of other casinos as well! My list of casinos now can be counted, fingers are enough, but more than 20 more are lying idle and waiting for the day when I would start closing all those accounts again, as before. Why the big change in interest? I blame it TOTALLY on how games are playing very badly and not paying as good these days! The good old days have gone by...and I'm waiting for the next cloud to take me away too...
  10. Keeping track of my gambling expenses is actually a breeze nowadays...that's because I only play at one of my local Asian-based online casino and have almost stopped playing anywhere else. Profit or Loss? Don't even have to ask! If in profit, I'd be playing more often wouldn't I? If you're in profit, well done! But always remember that black isn't always black...it can turn red when you least expect it!
  11. Point taken, so we'll leave that bit for Askgamblers management to sort out. What we members are trying to do here is to try to understand what is happening at the casino and why you can't seem to withdraw your winnings. That was the main topic wasn't it? What I can understand so far is that it seems your supporting documentations were not approved or accepted by the casino, hence the limbo...or maybe I'm wrong?
  12. I have nothing to do with that as I am just an ordinary member. My statements are only concerning your case directly, regardless of the casino's status. The same thing would most probably have happened the same way if it was at another reputable casino, simply going by the requirements of the law, but I do not know much details about your case here anyway.
  13. You are doing everything right to YOUR terms, but the casino has to do the money management AS REQUIRED BY THE LAW, so no casino can simply pay you your winnings without getting all the paperwork done and approved first! Why is this so hard for you to understand? Don't be so righteous-minded bro.
  14. You may be verified but that doesn't solve this statement: This involves the casino's ledger and every cent must be accounted for, therefore you are required by law to make all the necessary withdrawals, get them approved, get the money paid to you, then only the account can be closed. You can ask any lawyer about this, or on how the law works.
  15. I agree with your understanding of the above Closing Of Account clause, but it is only one part of several requisites before any account can be closed, simply because it is not a bank, it is a casino, and the law operates quite differently between the two. Let's say you rent a room and want to check out the next day. The rental law requires you to make good the room (reinstate the room) to how it was before you used it. Meaning, everything belonging to the owner is back in its place, but anything you leave behind is not their responsibility if it gets lost or stolen. The onus is on you to ensure that you have cleared all of your belongings and not taken anything that doesn't belong to you. A casino account works differently. The casino opens a new account for you to use and shall close it when you request for its closure, although some casinos have since been required by new regulations to impose the self-exclusion clause instead. Once again, the account must be reinstated as it was before you used it, with a zero balance. However, the law requires that the account user be first verified via the KYC procedure. In your case, you have won money from the casino, thereby requiring further procedures to be abided and approved before the account can be closed. This involves the casino's ledger and every cent must be accounted for, therefore you are required by law to make all the necessary withdrawals, get them approved, get the money paid to you, then only the account can be closed. What that Clause 4.4 is saying is that the casino shall close the account for you upon your request, but you have to reinstate back the account to how it was before you use it. They can refund you your deposit or deposits (it's your own money), but your winnings are from their account, which requires additional legislatively procedures to be implemented, before they can close your account. So, what is holding you back from withdrawing the winnings out of the account? Was it rejected, or pending approval subject to you submitting additional supporting documentations to them? Even though Clause 4.4 is correct, but it is insufficiently worded. In a court of law, all other pertaining clauses automatically comes into play, not just Clause 4.4. and that is basically what is happening here in your case. Hope this is clear to you, if not already in your know. My advice...just do what the casino needs you to do, for a start. If other issues should crop up, then we are all here to help you out. We are NEVER on any casino's side, simply because we are gamblers too!
  16. Wonderful news! Not a lot of winnings but still FREE money!
  17. Soooo...are you still around jjtorrez1? We are all waiting for a response from you before any of us can give more advice...
  18. According to Hollywood, yes, Peter Parker is Spiderman...but Spiderman doesn't exist... Mistake solved!
  19. If you didn't take any bonus, then yes. Play another $10 and you can then make a withdrawal, Mr Khan!
  20. You're most welcome, as always, mate.
  21. The casino has accepted that under the UKGC ruling, your self-exclusion was still active when you made your deposits and withdrawal. Hence, the casino should refund back your deposits as they cannot accept those deposits whilst you are still under self-exclusion. Sorry Hyena, but that's the best offer that you can get out of your situation. Request for a refund of your deposits, and winnings too if you like, but don't expect to get the latter though.
  22. Looks like the OP made some good winnings at the casino, but couldn't get the withdrawal approved (probably due to verification, KYC, or a breach of rule), so he's hoping that he'd get all his money and winnings by closing the account. Some casinos cannot close a player's account, but need to use the self-exclusion option instead (not desirable).
  23. Well mate, I wouldn't even think of walking naked in the cold weather!
  24. OMG! What a waste of 10,000 Euros! Patience is always a good virtue and not being patient on your side Casinorth has certainly been very painful for you. That's really a lot of money spent away needlessly when you could have gotten it in due time. Don't know why the first withdrawal could not be accepted into your Neteller account (assuming it's already been verified), but that later email from Rizk merely meant that your account was chosen to be scrutinised first before any final decision could be made by the management. This procedure could take a few days to about 2 weeks, but your account is usually locked or blocked during this process, to prevent you from playing further using those funds. As I read it, your account wasn't locked, and that's how you managed to play and lose it all away. Nonetheless, as explained by Valdes, I don't think there's anything else that anyone can help you to get your funds back. Just take it as a very painful lesson to be learned.
  25. Not acting today Shahrukh? Oops...sorry...wrong Shahrukh... The issue there is very simple actually...you made a deposit of 20 USD on the 24th and tried to cash out on the 25th. The issue there is that you may not have completed the required amount of wagering needed before you can make a withdrawal. Can't remember whether the required wagering of any deposit (without taking any bonus) is 1x or 3x the deposit amount (most probably 3x), so you need to wager a total of 60 USD first, then only you make a withdrawal. If a deposit bonus was taken, then the wagering requirement would be much higher, at 40x the bonus amount. Complete the wagering and problem is solved.
