The issue there is that you may not have completed the required amount of wagering needed before you can make a withdrawal. Can't remember whether the required wagering of any deposit (without taking any bonus) is 1x or 3x the deposit amount (most probably 3x), so you need to wager a total of 60 USD first, then only you make a withdrawal. If a deposit bonus was taken, then the wagering requirement would be much higher, at 40x the bonus amount. Complete the wagering and problem is solved.
