What we members are trying to do here is to try to understand what is happening at the casino and why you can't seem to withdraw your winnings. That was the main topic wasn't it? What I can understand so far is that it seems your supporting documentations were not approved or accepted by the casino, hence the limbo...or maybe I'm wrong?

The same thing would most probably have happened the same way if it was at another reputable casino, simply going by the requirements of the law, but I do not know much details about your case here anyway.

You are doing everything right to YOUR terms, but the casino has to do the money management AS REQUIRED BY THE LAW, so no casino can simply pay you your winnings without getting all the paperwork done and approved first! I agree with your understanding of the above Closing Of Account clause, but it is only one part of several requisites before any account can be closed, simply because it is not a bank, it is a casino, and the law operates quite differently between the two. Let's say you rent a room and want to check out the next day. The rental law requires you to make good the room (reinstate the room) to how it was before you used it. Meaning, everything belonging to the owner is back in its place, but anything you leave behind is not their responsibility if it gets lost or stolen. The onus is on you to ensure that you have cleared all of your belongings and not taken anything that doesn't belong to you. A casino account works differently. The casino opens a new account for you to use and shall close it when you request for its closure, although some casinos have since been required by new regulations to impose the self-exclusion clause instead. Once again, the account must be reinstated as it was before you used it, with a zero balance. However, the law requires that the account user be first verified via the KYC procedure. In your case, you have won money from the casino, thereby requiring further procedures to be abided and approved before the account can be closed. What that Clause 4.4 is saying is that the casino shall close the account for you upon your request, but you have to reinstate back the account to how it was before you use it. So, what is holding you back from withdrawing the winnings out of the account? Was it rejected, or pending approval subject to you submitting additional supporting documentations to them? Even though Clause 4.4 is correct, but it is insufficiently worded. In a court of law, all other pertaining clauses automatically comes into play, not just Clause 4.4. and that is basically what is happening here in your case. Hope this is clear to you, if not already in your know. My advice...just do what the casino needs you to do, for a start. If other issues should crop up, then we are all here to help you out. We are NEVER on any casino's side, simply because we are gamblers too!

  10. The casino has accepted that under the UKGC ruling, your self-exclusion was still active when you made your deposits and withdrawal. Hence, the casino should refund back your deposits as they cannot accept those deposits whilst you are still under self-exclusion. Sorry Hyena, but that's the best offer that you can get out of your situation. Request for a refund of your deposits, and winnings too if you like, but don't expect to get the latter though.

Looks like the OP made some good winnings at the casino, but couldn't get the withdrawal approved (probably due to verification, KYC, or a breach of rule), so he's hoping that he'd get all his money and winnings by closing the account. Some casinos cannot close a player's account, but need to use the self-exclusion option instead (not desirable).
  12. OMG! What a waste of 10,000 Euros! Patience is always a good virtue and not being patient on your side Casinorth has certainly been very painful for you. That's really a lot of money spent away needlessly when you could have gotten it in due time. Don't know why the first withdrawal could not be accepted into your Neteller account (assuming it's already been verified), but that later email from Rizk merely meant that your account was chosen to be scrutinised first before any final decision could be made by the management. This procedure could take a few days to about 2 weeks, but your account is usually locked or blocked during this process, to prevent you from playing further using those funds. As I read it, your account wasn't locked, and that's how you managed to play and lose it all away. Nonetheless, as explained by Valdes, I don't think there's anything else that anyone can help you to get your funds back. Just take it as a very painful lesson to be learned.
  13. Not acting today Shahrukh? Oops...sorry...wrong Shahrukh... The issue there is very simple actually...you made a deposit of 20 USD on the 24th and tried to cash out on the 25th. The issue there is that you may not have completed the required amount of wagering needed before you can make a withdrawal. Can't remember whether the required wagering of any deposit (without taking any bonus) is 1x or 3x the deposit amount (most probably 3x), so you need to wager a total of 60 USD first, then only you make a withdrawal. If a deposit bonus was taken, then the wagering requirement would be much higher, at 40x the bonus amount. Complete the wagering and problem is solved.

Have you tried googling the casino to read some reviews on it? I've never heard of it though. The name doesn't even sound like a casino. If unsure, or nothing can be found, best to avoid playing there. Maybe it's a local online casino and accepts only players from certain countries within its proximity (Turkey), so most of us here may not know of Lego Bahis.
