Hey Laylak, welcome to the forum. Yes, the stated max win in the game's paytable is indeed 5000x. Once your total win reaches 5000, all remaining free spins would be forfeited, hence you got to play only 13 spins. The final total win should show 5000GBP, not 4000GBP. Hope you have taken a screenshot of that final spin. Go to their Live Chat, attach the screenshot, and ask why the payout was only 4000 and not 5000. The matter would then be escalated to the casino management for checking.

As for getting your money back because you had self-excluded yourself from the other sister casinos, well, honestly speaking, depending on your situations and conditions when you self-excluded, there may be a chance to get your deposits back, or there may not be...it also depends on the discretion of the casino involved. I think it is best if you move on to another game, another provider, or another casino. Right now, I find N1 Interactive casinos are better than my former favourites DAMA NV casinos. Not sure if you can play at any of these casinos though...mostly are UK restricted.

Yeah bro, I know exactly what it feels like trying out any new game. I used to do that too some years ago, now it'll only be a walk down memory lane for me.

With every new update, certain games would undergo certain changes to their behaviour, play patterns and payout patterns too. Take my Playtech games as a good example. In the last 4 months alone, there has already been 3 updates at my fav Asian casino!!! With each update, the games would start very cold, getting warmer as the thousands of spins have been played. I would always notice the slight changes in my Magnificent Six fav games, as I know each game like a book! So, I would definite say that each update involves changes, mostly for the worse!

@Fiekie247 If I'm not mistaken, one of the purpose of these screenshot contests is to increase the total number of screenshots collected in the game reviews section. If there are screenshots that cannot be uploaded to their respective new games, then the collection rate and total would be lesser. Just my thoughts though...this may not be the case with AG.

Are you really interested to go back and play at that casino? If not, why don't you consider playing at another casino instead. Banning a fake or falsified account is a standard procedure at any casino, but if you still want to play at the casino, then try writing to Casino's Manager a good explanation email as to why you did that years ago, but am interested to play seriously now. Maybe they can close that account and ask you to register a new one. This has happened to me many years ago, due to some mistakes in my profile, so they let me create a new one.

Fair enough dear, but I think no one else would be entering this contest. Anyhow, if the 4th prize of $15 is to be shared out, then I would suggest adding $10 and $5 to the 1st and 2nd placings, as that $25 3rd prize is still the same amount as for 3 winners pot, so the prizes would be $85 for 1st, $40 for 2nd, $25 for 3rd. But it's up to you to decide finally though.
