      Yes, I've logged a complaint already which is on the site now. I've also sent them government ID today on top of my passport. God knows what they'll ask for next!

      I uploaded my passport 16 days ago. Both pic and scanned version and now after no response in over 2 weeks they're asking for additional ID. Another stall tactic. I have used my passport for identification in all aspects of life without issue. Its valid and in date so no idea what their problem is. I have lodged a complaint with MGA but no idea how long this will take. Complete joke...

      Has anyone had issues withdrawing from Casumo and verifying their account? I'm still waiting to get verified after nearly 2 weeks. I had a big win of over 43 thousand euro and they suspended my account. I've uploaded all documentation and have yet to receive a response. I can't get the funds out either and it's frustrating. Thanks
