  1. I really like the way Unibet presents their terms and conditions, it really leaves nothing to your imagination. You get confronted by the terms every time you accept a bonus and you can play all games with each counting for a different wagering percentage. Their presentation of the terms is also very clear, especially for people who don't like to read pages full of text. Do they have the best terms though? Not in my opinion, since free spins winnings still have to be wagered like 25-30x time and same goes for bonuses. Nicest terms in relation to bonus I ever seen was at Kroon Casino with WR of only 15x.
  2. I'm assuming you're talking about RNG blackjack? I've played both Microgaming and NetEnt, what I noticed from my own experiences is that the card games are extremely streaky. You could easily win 10 times in a row or just lose continuously seeing the dealer ending up with 21 from any position even when he has a 5 or 6. I wouldn't go as far to call it rigged as I certainly don't have any evidence to support that claim. As I said I had good days as well but more often bad days when I used to play them. However, I never felt comfortable playing computerized blackjack. I would always recommend to just play with real dealers. Some online casinos have NetEnt live tables or through Evolution Gaming for instance, which is a much more realistic reflection of the game and mark my words more fun as well.
  3. Good point, Helena. Most draws at online casinos get conducted in the most secretive ways. There is almost no transparency at all and that's why I take those draws a bit with a grain of salt. Very rarely you see a casino broadcasting it live or calling the help of a third party notary to conclude a draw. There was even some give away promotion at an online casino recently, not feeling like calling out their name, but I believe they promised to give away about 100,000 euros in a month. In the terms of their promotion they put that the players had to like their facebook page in order to be eligible to win. Needless to say I hardly saw any likes on their page, yet they published daily winners.
  4. Well put, Mike! It really takes a lifetime to master and continuous practice to improve and getting rid of leaks in your game. I used to play poker a lot until I discovered slots. It's much more convenient to just lay back and watch the reels do the work instead of praying that your hands will hold up in the crucial faces of a poker tourney. I like active reps, it shows that the casino is serious about their business and that the communication is there. I didn't hear of Anna Casino before though, are you guys of Unibet just like Maria Casino?
  5. I know the US has the Can-Spam act in place but I guess doesn't stop Casino Rewards and many other known 'spammers' since they don't operate within the US borders I believe. I agree with you that it's a common practices that's definitely not restricted by just the gaming industry. But I would love to see some action taken by a gaming commission that issues licenses. I think you might want to consider getting a new email address Valdes and maybe move to another address . But who knows maybe they will finally leave you and countless others alone. No VIP Room Casino here, I do have lots of emails from VIP Rewards and Captain Cooks though lol.
  6. Congratulations Zeus! I must agree with you there, other forums don't even come close to the generosity displayed by AskGamblers.
  7. Wouldn't it be a better idea if the answers get submitted privately? I figure that right now I can just go ahead and copy and paste the answers and be included in the draw without actually knowing the answers. Not saying anyone here did, but it would definitely help in making this contest a more competitive contest I think.
  8. Tell me about it Valdes, there have been countless occasions during football matches I betted on that made me raise my eyebrows. Match fixing used to be something that mainly happened in lower divisions or Eastern European, Asian and South American countries. But it even happened in the highest Italian and Spanish leagues. And the current events at the FIFA only adds more to the debate. These days you can practically bet on anything, from the first corner to the number of yellow cards. I mainly bet on games though where you know that players have more to lose than to gain by participating in these match fixing schemes since they're already multi millionaires. Thanks Zeus! Haha no, I only play big when I'm way ahead or got lucky on other games (poker, slots etc.). My most employed bet range is pretty much between 5 and 150 euros. Live betting is definitely more profitable I'd say, especially when a team comes behind and you decide to step in. That's when the odds are extremely high at times if they manage to turn it around. I mostly bet prior to the match but sometimes I do step in during the middle of a game. Only downside is that there have been plenty of times that I decided to step in during a football match and the opposing team scored within 15 seconds after placing my bet lol. This happened twice to me, makes you wonder how unlucky you can be. .
  9. I guess this thread pretty much died since there has been a break in most sports apart from some meaningless friendlies. Luckily the football season will start again very soon with premier league kicking off and the European Super Cup between Sevilla and Barcelona. My favorite team is Barcelona but there is no longer any point in betting on them since quotes are so low and not worth the risk. But will definitely pick up the hobby sooner or later. Some old screenshot of my last two sportsbets, but good times
  10. Better luck next time. Hope it was a fun experience nevertheless despite not winning anything. I believe it was 20K and even that is still a lot to come out victorious. I don't even have the patience to play that long lol, would end up high rolling in no time just trying to get rid of the money or win big
  11. Lol that's a nice in-depth analysis Afi. So back to a cold run it is from now I'm guessing . Wow I only just noticed the links Valdes provided to the digital version of the RNG. All this time I was under the impression that the draw was concluded in the old fashioned way with pieces of paper
  12. They truly are a pest when it comes to their marketing campaigns. Knew I wasn't the only one suffering from their spam, and yes I second that @ misleading email headers. A quick look in my spamfolder shows headers such as "You have been selected as one of this week's winners", yeh right! They promised to remove me up to three times and I bet they sell your info to other casinos. I keep getting countless emails from casinos I never signed up with as well, which is a shame because they do have some excellent NDB offers and do actually pay.
  13. Haha whatever works Afi, guess they didn't really give it a good thought.
  14. I know things can get taken out of context when using Google Translation. But what exactly is this "Control Board" the above is speaking off? I suppose that's referring to some gaming commission? I know studies have shown that near miss results mainly have an effect on gambling addicts who keep on trying even harder when that happens. Like TwinSpin for instance, how can that game be completely random with all that teasing and near miss after near miss.... It's clearly programmed by NetEnt to produce such results. So from that perspective, no, I don't believe all slots are completely random. Though I do believe the RTP is as advertised, but it might take millions of spins to even get there.
  15. I know I haven't signed up at as many online casinos as some of our other forum members. So the spam problem must be even more severe for some others here. One particular group I would like to highlight is Casino Rewards, they have many online casinos and some great no deposit bonuses. But once you sign up with them, it seems you've signed up to get spammed and unsolicited snailmail for the rest of your life. I'd figure that if you untick the box when signing up that you don't want any promotional emails it would also entail not receiving any snailmail. Yet these guys still keep sending me snailmail despite having closed my account at their casinos more than a year ago and having asked their support to take me off their marketing promotions list. Not even gonna bother contacting their support again as I already threw the snailmail away, and I doubt it would help anyway. And guess what, my email spam folder is full with emails from these guys. In short, a very very bad practice from Casino Rewards with their aggressive campaigns. Sending me unsolicited snailmail usually ends up with closing my account immediately and $0 in deposits. Would love to hear what other casinos employ the same blatant tactics to get you to deposit or sign up. Are there any other casinos anyone would like to share?
  16. Wowwwwwwwwwwwwwww! I can only repeat what blondie said as the odds clearly were not in my favor But lady luck and randomness seem to have worked out for me this time at last. Thanks guys for the congrats wishes and congratulations to the rest of the winners! And special thanks to AskGamblers staff for making this great contest possible. Hopefully there will be another one next year. Is there any chance that the prize can be transformed into monetary value, Valdes? Or is the Apple Watch already laying somewhere on a desk at the AskGamblers office ready to be sent out.
  17. Well, that makes the journey even more interesting . Would be great to see you make it through the WR and end up with a huge bankroll to withdraw.
  18. Lmao! Yes indeed, I lost count of the number of times I had consecutive features awarding less than 10x bet on DOA. So it wouldn't surprise me one bit, but I figure he would have to hit 5-wilds on a payline on DOA, maybe a 4 reel Wild Desire and a couple other monsters to survive get through the WR.
  19. I know Valdes, but why do I not see any casino reps in this thread to give their two cents about this topic? Would love to see some of them sharing their views. I don't even see how they can justify such win-win situations where a player simply has no chance at all.
  20. That's a great set of stats, Valdes! Looking forward to the draw, although I seem a bit more patient than Kate lol. Will you take the draws one by one and announce them one by one, or will they all be taken at once? I guess the first method is a bit more exciting
