I just go wherever I feel like on that day. At the moment I am happy with that but if I ever become a high roller - I know where to come for advice!

      I love the design and style of the casino, I think the layout of the games is very simplistic. Their welcome offers differ slightly from your usual casino with a 75% deposit match, to get the 100% you have to deposit signifcally more. But I wasn't at all put off by this. I've played mostly on my iPad if I'm honest and they have a great selection of mobile games which I was impressed with. A little disappointed that the initial free spins from deposit (as I was told today) couldn't be played on a mobile device - I definitely think this is something they need to work on. Being a huge mobile gamer - and spending 90% of my gambling on an iPad I like for a casino to be FULLY optimised, thus avoiding the need to ever having to use a desktop/laptop. So if there are free spins available and the casino has a mobile casino - it's nice for the free spins to be played on the mobile casino. I don't feel the games played very good if I'm honest. I think my biggest win was just over a fiver which is quite grim. But I only deposited £10 and received a £7.50 bonus so ideally in order to get a real feel of the games I would deposit more than this. I will definitely return to this casino at a later date with a bigger deposit. Whilst I don't really have anything spectacular to comment about the slots here it's definitely a casino I won't forget - and in time I believe this casino really could make it!

      To be honest I'm not sure quite how to reply to this one. Being a mum myself of a 10 year old - I can imagine how frustrating this must be - and upsetting. But I don't think Jackpot City can take the full blame for this. Unfortunately this is just the world of the internet. As with anything online - verification of age can be a tricky one. Not sure casinos. A child/teenager could buy Aged 18 movies online - access p o r n- buy aged 18 games - alcohol - cigerrates etc etc. The internet is just so huge when it comes to things like this there are only certain limitations a company/Casino can do.       Okay - so as I said I have now made a deposit here! I deposited the minimum amount just to try it out really - about three days ago. Didn't get off to a great start. Whilst attempting to make my deposit the welcome code would not work! Live help was available so I had a lovely chat with them! The lady was very friendly indeed - I made my deposit and she was able to manually add the bonus for me. I was told my free spins would be added the following day. They weren't or the day after. I wasn't too bothered to be honest it was only 20 on starburst and like I said I purely just wanted to test the waters at this casino. Spoke again to live help this morning and they apologised - rectified the error and added my free spins straight away. I have to say the live chat here is flawless and faultless in every way! I am very impressed. Whilst I had no joy with winning anything here - that really has made no difference as to my opinion of this casino. I believe that a good live support is truly the core of many good casinos - and so far I believe this casino to have that. Will I deposit here again? YES
