What exactly does this clause really mean? What does it allow them to do and do they have to justify their reasons if they to close your account?

      When I first registered with BETAT many many moons ago - it was before the revamp of your site, the amount of games you had and the variety were unbelievable. Some of my favourite games, sorry I mean my favourite games ever, are some of the NextGen games but when the revamp took place it took a lot of these games away as well as others - are there any plans to bring any of your old games back?
