  1. They are all optimised for MOBILE casinos, they can be played as standard in the safari browser. But they do not come optimised for Flash casinos, the ones that do not have a mobile casino.

  7. Indeed it is! Your simply using a 'User Agent' so that particular website you are using whether it be a casino or another website thinks that you are accessing the site through a mobile device. It's actually something that's been around for ages now. And it actually works Vica Versa. Without this tool I would not be able to play in most casinos through my ipad. Because for those of you who do not already know iPads and iPhones (apple) do not come with FLASH. So unless your playing on a mobile casino its impossible to play at casinos through the safari browser. When you want to play in a casino that does not have a mobile casino...or when you want to just play in a flash enabled casino so you have more games than you would on a mobile casino - you need to download a 'flash enabled' browser from the apple I store. This browser will then have sometching called a User Agent..... Within this new browser you have the ability to turn flash on or off as you please. You also need to change the user agent to something like CHROME or FIREFOX as you can see below This then allows your iPad/iPhone to run effectively as a Desktop computer. Exactly the same as Bigdk mentioned but he is making his desktop run as a mobile device! Without this little tool mobile users would never have the ability of FLASH

  13. Lol Johnny...in a perfect world yes! But this isn't a perfect world! I personally do not think its a stalling tactic to get the player to reverse, support are obviously trying to help. They wouldn't bother trying to help if that was the case. Also I've just checked the All Slots website, I'm not quite sure why they player doesn't try to send the documents to the email address supplied on the website and they can forward them to the relevant department?? Who knows! I am sure the player will receive their winnings though.
  14. I'm not saying it is acceptable but there is obviously some reason why the email is not being received at all sorts and it is probably because the players documents are too large.

  16. Yes but it makes you wonder why it has gone on 30 days. If it was me I'd be chasing it every day and I would make sure that I speak to live help. Check their opening times and be there to speak to someone. I would also use some common sense and send my documents in seperate emails and size them right down so they are under 1mb. This is a process that takes under a minute using a photo sharing site and could potentially wrap this complaint up straight away!
  17. In all fairness the support are answering the complaint and trying to help! To be honest I can't remember whether or not I have made a withdrawal from all slots casino! Maybe a year ago I think I may have. In all fairness if the documents are big then they will fail to deliver - it's happened to me many a times. I think if the person making the complaint just sends the documents via seperate emails like they have been asked the problem would soon be resolved. The casino obviously haven't received the documents - whether it be the players fault or the casinos, if they haven't received them they haven't received them. Not much they can do. They obviously have no issue in making the withdrawal - on receipt of valid documents.
