      I prefer Mobile... But between Instant and Download I prefer Instant. What annoys me though with Microgaming is that the full selection of games is only on their download..so sometimes you have to play via download!

      Being a mobile user myself ... I play on my iPad as everyone knows, which is identical to the iPhone only a bigger screen. I honestly believe the following outcome as described by NextGen is to be the most likely error · A connection issue causing a lag in the displayed results which has resulted in 2 consecutive spins being ‘spliced’ together on the screen I'm not saying it is, this is just what I believe has happened. I was hoping you would get something more positive out of it Johnny, especially since I have seen a new you lately...but if I'm honest this was the outcome I expected. Its a shame because some of my favourite slots actually belong to NextGen. Of course I will continue to play as before but its a shame that's it's happened Johhny, and I'm sorry it wasn't something more positive for you

      Did you email Videoslots or speak to live help Johnny? Is it possible that it took approx 15 minutes during the time the orbs fell to you contacting support and then making your next spin?

      Wow Valdes...I must say I am very impressed with your level head lately! I mean my response would have been totally different. Whilst I think the post is not only an insult to our writers but to you as well as the reader and evaluator of the reviews. I will leave my opinion of this thread in my head (haha...sorry for the rhyming there) as everyone is entitled to their opinion after all, and I certainly wouldn't want to offend the user of the thread for sharing his opinion.       Oh...so they did amend their terms! Sorry Katemak, looks like depositing again Is the only option then. How much is the minimum deposit?

      It was hard work trying to explain to them what exactly the issue was because live help just did not understand what I meant. It was like banging my head against a brick wall. Opening the complaint through AG meant they acted like a mediator and the casino were quick enough then to accept they wrong doings...which I really appreciated. The complaint wasn't drawn out over a long period ... So maybe this is what you need to do Hun. Check the terms of the free spins offer, check it doesn't say this is a requirement of the free spins, if it doesn't...point this out to live help one more time. If they don't accept it...open a complaint here. If you need any help...just let me know. You should not be made to make another deposit if they have failed to rectify their terms! Hope I have helped xx

      So they obviously didn't change their terms then to incorporate this!! I argued with them black and blue because this is one place I did read the terms before depositing and it didn't state anywhere that this is required. Live help would have none of and I knew I was right. If this is a condition of the free spins then it needs to legally be put in the terms and conditions of the free spins offer. Once I opened the complaint through AG, they accepted this was an error on their behalf and it did indeed need to be added to the terms. They credited my with the £1 so I could enter the game for the free spins and I had an email saying they were in the process of adding this to the terms for future players!
