      Hmmmm..sounds strange. This has never personally happened to me. Can I just clarify what you mean first if that's okay? So, the way I read it..Your game crashed for the first time and when you reopened the game your balance was the same as it was before it crashed. Then you continued playing and won a set amount when the game crashed again, but this time when you reopened the game it was the same balance as the first time it crashed? And had not accounted for your winnings? If so, how long was it between the two crashes? I don't see how there would be no play history between the two game sessions. But as you said if they are looking into it for you, I'm sure they will come back with an answer soon. In regards to my experience in the matter I couldn't comment as this has never happened to me before. Maybe some of our other members will be able to draw some light on it. Keep us posted on what they say. And don't forget you can Submit a complaint if you're not happy with the outcome.
