      Certainy not! I've never self-excluded either but I too would expect this process to be a simple one and stress free! And I certainly would not expect to receive promotional emails from them after my request! I hope it gets resolved for you soon raver babe

      It's a great question but if im being honest I dont have an exact answer for you. But to make it easier I never hardly deposit more than £20/£25 at a time and my biggest withdrawal to date is about £1,000...so whatever that ratio is. I may have deposited £10 I really don't remember sorry.
