Yes I am still here I promise I am just so busy there are not enough hours in the day at the moment and with school coming to a close for the summer holidays everything is hectic at the moment. But I do have a question I would like to ask you all and its about complaints! I am just wondering how many of you have actually made a formal complaint to a casino? I have to say I have been quite lucky in my gambling career and have never really experienced any massive problems that have led me to make an official complaint to a casino whereby I would have to go through the complaints process. I have however made two complaints via AskGamblers once was resolved perfectly, the other the casino did not reply! And following on from this have any of you ever taken your complaint further let's say to a third party organization or a licensing jurisdiction? If you are currently waiting on a reply for a complaint already submitted to a third party its best you don't tell us yet as I know they do not like people discussing it in such forums. But please share with us all your experiences (if any). It may be that you have never made a complaint - tell us anyway!
  2. Oh WOW...I'm actually lost for words!! Reading both this and the Treats from Tropica!! I can't believe that casinos like these are actually in operation with so much regulation these days. Absolutely shocking!! And even worse that they just keep getting away with it! I'm so glad I never play at these kinds of casinos! "would you like some tissues!!!" What kind of response is that!!!!

  5. Yes! At a works Christmas party about 7 years ago! I collapsed in the toilets and went to hospital in an ambulance. Valleys had to come and get me .... let's just say he was far from happy! Have you ever been on a cruise ship?

  7. I've just checked my account and the only bonus showing is a Weekly Wager bonus as you say you see too Crow. Had a quick chat to live help and it seems that they haven't revealed their bonuses for this month yet as per my screenshot of the conversation. I'm not entirely sure why but maybe you will see some bonuses in your account later in the month Crow. Like I said I very rarely play with a bonus now unless I'm playing at a new casino so this doesn't effect me anyway
  8. Hello Crow! I'm afraid our rep Jay is no longer at AskGamblers and I'm not sure if we have a replacement yet. I'm afraid I haven't had the same experience but I hardly ever play with a bonus now just my deposit. Have you asked live chat for a more detailed explanation as I am sure there must be one especially if you are a loyal player. Don't take this the wrong way, but has there definitely been no bonus abuse? It's just IMO this would be one reason. But if not then I'm afraid I don't know why they have done it. I will check my account now and see if I have any bonuses available ..be right back

  11. Yes I managaed to log in after and have been checking out the new platform. I have to say though I expected much bigger changes than the ones that have been made. Regarding the games, they seem to be working fine for the ones I can play!

  13. Well as you all know I have been annoyed with Guts Casino recently, but when I read this I had forgotten all about how annoyed I was with them! I like it when casinos make changes!
  14. I am sure some of you are already aware of this through email, but Guts Casino are changing their platform as of today! They will no longer use the Every Matrix platform that we all know and love but instead will be moving to their own iGamingCloud. The changes are happening right now and I have written all about in this article for you.. Big changes to Guts Casino Just an update to what has been written it states their site will be down until 10am but I have just checked with live help and they are now saying 14:00 however they did say that they are hoping the site will be back up shortly. I cant' wait to check out the new platform, I hope it's good!

  19. Yes, XP points are usually only associated with trophies/missions etc. As you earn more points you may get free spins or a new bonus you can claim but I don't believe you can actually cash them in.

  22. I think you are probably wrong but I don't know.. I imagine the result of the spin would be exactly the same whether it's a regular spin or a quick spin. But I can't give u a definite answer I could be completly wrong! P.s I never use Quick Spin
