      Well this is a good question and one that often causes a conflict of opinion here at the forum. It's something we've actually discussed in great detail over the years and it seems we all think this 'STOP' button is there for different reasons. Is the outcome of the spin already determined? Or does the STOP button affect the outcome? I very rarely use this button now since I'm always in auto-spin however I used to use this button the most when playing Immortal Romance. For me I thought I got free spins more often when I used it - who know whether this is just me thinking it did or it actually did! What do you think the STOP button is there for?

      Hello threesevens and welcome to the forum! I've never personally been asked to split any of my withdrawals, but neither have I ever been phone by my 'account manager' to give me an update on the withdrawal. To be honest I don't really know what to think at this precise time but I certainly agree that the benefit of the doubt is the best call of action at the moment until the pending period is up. May I ask which casino we are talking about here, if you don't mind releasing that information of course?
