      When I first started gambling years ago this is how I used to fund my accounts using Paysafe or Ukash (now the same company) Back then all I would be given is a receipt from the retailer with a pin code on that I would enter when depositing. There was nothing to take a picture of except the receipt. And withdrawals would then be processed by bank transfer to my account as Paysafe was a one way thing - depositing only. I haven't used this method in years now but as far as I was aware things were pretty much the same. I would first get some clarification on what exactly the casino is asking for.

The only reason I haven't deleted the thread is because we are due to add this casino to AG today! And if I remember rightly the only two countries restricted in their terms and conditions was Turkey and the USA.

      Not at all dear - you are entitled to your opinion! It won't get out of hand since there aren't a massive number of fellow brits here so there's no risk of arguments and even if I didn't agree with something you said I certainly wouldn't say. We're all entitled to our opinions

      See this is the thing I think with DOA. Guru always puts a lot of time into this game thousands upon thousands of time! Even though I love the game and I really do I get red up after a while and I think this is probably the reason why I've never had that wildline!

      OMG! I've always thought the same thing too. NextGen are one of my favourite providers of games always have been! I've just always assumed they are the same company and never really looked into it! Thanks for this great thread and all the answers guys.

      @Afi - Do you mean you PM inbox yes? If so they can indeed be deleted. Just tick the little box at the side of the conversation, scroll down to the bottom select 'Delete' and the 'Go'.

      It seems like a few members are having similar problems with the 'logging in and out'. I'll get this sent over now to the team, Its difficult because I don't have any specific examples to give but I'll let the team know there's are some issues and I'll let you know if I have a response.

      Hmmm it's a tricky one this. If the casino has said that you have multiple accounts I don't know whether a complaint would even be accepted. I guess our Guru would be the one to answer that question. I guess in the complaint you could ask to see proof of the multiple accounts and see if they will give it. Oh actually I've just checked we don't have this casino in our directory yet! Do they have other casinos in their group?

      I can't believe the amount of people that fell out over this. Facebook was crazy! The day the votes came in that we were OUT my Facebook feed was full of hatred. Not towards me of course, I never got involved in the arguments but there I really was shocked that people who were friends for years fell out over this. I've always said and always believed what will be will be.
