Even though you won what you won honestly if you have excluded from another site then they will forfeit your winnings and pay you back your deposits only. It's something they have to be strict on. And I assume you are from the UK right? Our laws here are pretty strict as you know when it comes to gambling, I doubt very much you'll get the 400. Sorry I wish I could have brought better news.

And the reason why I posted that here for you is basically to say that if I was in your position I'd take the 250 withdrawal and just take it as a learning curve for the future.
