I will have very limited screen time over the next three days as I take some time out to be with my family. A not so reputable casino will most certainly use this tactic to stall your withdrawal. In what way is your card damaged? Can you still see the infomation that they require? They want proof from your bank that the card belongs to you? Can't they see the name on the card?
