I don't play Play'n GO much as you know but the times I do - or any other provider I'm always on Wifi from my phone - are you only using 4G? Sometimes I do have a time-out on my mobile though but rare tbh. and it usually just spins for ages without stopping and then tells me I've lost connection - but certainly not a regular occurrence.
