And in regards to the verification - so the proof of iD with the green tick - what was that? And the bank statement you sent, was it within the last 3 months? Did you send a photo of a paper copy that definitely had your address on? I know my online ones don't have my address on. Also - do you have a utility bill you can send them for proof of address? I know how hard it is because I struggle myself for proof of address as I don;t really have paper bills for anythinf anymore.
