  6. Hi and welcome to the forum, I've just looked at your complaint, what a shame they chose not to reply. You will be able to request for the complaint to be reopened for another try. Is the withdrawal showing as processed?
  7. Ridiculous timeframes, and IMO encourages excessive game play and we all know what that can lead to. Even back in the days I played a lot, 1 or 2 days could often not be enough to complete a wager where I was doing well.
