8 June - 15 June Prize Pot - $50 How it Works Our AG Awards are coming to a close so let's have a fun contest where we try and guess the winners. There are four categories - all you have to do is decide who you think will win in each category. If the winner you have chosen finishes in the TOP 3 you will be awarded points as follows: If they come FIRST - 10 Points If they come SECOND - 5 Points If they come THIRD - 3 Points You can score points in each category and the top three players with the most points, wins! You can visit the AG Awards Page to see the finalists in each category, the categories are as follows: Best Casino, Best New Casino, Best New Slot, Best Software Provider (Don't forget to cast your actual votes on the link above if you haven't already) All you have to do is comment in this thread your winner from each category. I will provide an example below (my entries do not count) The Prizes The awards night takes place on 16 June - I will announce the winners in here as soon as I can. The prize pot is $50 which will be split as follows: 1st Place - $25 2nd Place $15 3rd Place - $10 If we have a tie you will share the prize for the position. I will send your payment requests at the end of the month to be paid no later than 15th July. Terms and Conditions There is no minimum number of forum posts required Payments will be made no later than 15th July Payments can be made by Skrill or Bank Wire Transfer AskGamblers reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and to exclude any players who we deem are abusing the contest. I went out a few months ago with friends, took cash. No pub we went to accepted cash, I had to phone my partner to transfer me money to pay on my card lol. But yes I agree smaller businesses will accept cash

Lots of places in the UK are getting card only - especially in places like theme parks where they've stopped taking cash payments, and in bars. Ever since covid mainly and they never reverted back to accepting cash.
